Don, it is disappointing to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. On occasion we fail to meet some customers' expectations, and we own the criticism we receive. In this instance, we feel your review is completely false and unjust. The 2025 Volvo you purchased from our Palm Harbor location was originally priced online at $45,500 on 9/4/24. It was reduced to $44,500 on 9/16/24, reduced to $44,000 on 9/28/24, and again on 10/21/24 to $43,500 making it the lowest priced 2025 Volvo XC40 by within 1500 miles of our dealership. There were 106 others listed online and ours was the lowest price. We simply would never take advantage of anyone in any situation. The Tasca reputation is priceless and there is no way we would ever compromise that. We disclosed that there was only one key prior to your purchase, and you agreed to the terms.
