On Tuesday (10/8/19) afternoon I stoped in to I would like to inform you of my extremely disappointing experience at Tasca Buick GMC in Melbourne FL. On Tuesday (10/8/19) afternoon I stoped in to look at a pre-owned 2018 Yuckon Denali. It was the perfect vehicle for me. Unfortunately it was just traded it in so it required to be detailed. I did not want to purchase it in that messy condition, so I offered to leave a deposit while it was being detailed. The sales person Will discussed it with his sales manager Jack and both assured me that a deposit was not necessary, they would have the truck detailed and any imperfections addressed. We had a verbal agreement that I would purchase the vehicle provided no unwanted surprises arose. Due to my work schedule we agreed that I would return on Sunday to finalize the deal. On Thursday (10/11/19) I received a call from Will that a different manager had sold the vehicle. I was baffled and unbelievably disappointed. I could not believe that after offering to put a deposit, meaning I had every intention on purchasing the vehicle and having a verbal agreement with the general manager that the dealership would sell the vehicle to someone else. As a previous Corvette owner I was looking forward to remain within the GM family, however now I will have to reconsider my future purchase. More

When we closed the deal, Connie spent a lot of time with me explaining all the new technology in my new car. A few days after the sale, I had a question about the Bluetooth hands free calling setup. I went to Tasca on a day when Connie was not available and the General Manager himself went out to my car with me and took the time to help me! That kind of old fashioned after sale service is impressive. More

We drove the Enclave and Joe very patiently explained any bells and whistles we weren’t familiar with. I would recommend him to help you with a vehicle purchase!! More
