I started my journey a few weeks back looking for a new or used GMC Sierra 1500. I constantly ran into bait n switch, surprise add ons, and/or inflated fees. I decided to take a chance with Tasca GMC and or used GMC Sierra 1500. I constantly ran into bait n switch, surprise add ons, and/or inflated fees. I decided to take a chance with Tasca GMC and drove an hour and 30 min to look at a couple of used Sierras. I started working with Jose. He was respectful, attentive to my needs and was willing to take additional pictures along with answering any questions that I had. He had both trucks prepped and ready to be test driven when I arrived. I was given a true estimate of the out the door price which I was able to negotiate off of. There were no last minute surprises or add ons with the final price. I was given a price, we came to a final number and I was out the door with my new truck. My past experience had dealers adding additional packages (“required 1200 additional package”), inflating fees etc. How can there be such a variance between different dealerships for document fees, tag fees, registration fees etc? When it came to completing the deal and signing the final paperwork I worked with Brad. He was able to get everything completed in under 30 minutes. He provided me with the additional options, extended warranties available and/or packages and it was a simple yes or no with no high pressure sales. My experience at Tasca was quite refreshing from beginning to end. Simply put I wanted a truck at a great price and service and Tasca GMC delivered. No surprises, no time wasting, no games. If you are looking for a new or used GMC I would highly recommend them and even taking the drive if they are out of your area like me based off of my personal experience on 4/18/25. I know the automotive industry is tough and cut throat, but it doesn’t have to be. If you are looking for a GMC Jose is your guy! More

I would strongly advise against using Tasca GMC in Melbourne for service. My experience with their service department has been consistently disappointing and frustrating. The staff seems indifferent t Melbourne for service. My experience with their service department has been consistently disappointing and frustrating. The staff seems indifferent to customer needs unless, of course, they're trying to upsell inflated services. Each visit has been a lesson in poor customer service, from cosmetic damage occurring during routine oil changes and tire rotations to disagreements over warranty coverage for an obvious manufacturing defect. As part of the GMC family, the dealership is accountable for these issues, yet there is no sense of responsibility from their end. Currently, I’ve been without my vehicle for 7 days due to a key tumbler issue, and despite my repeated attempts to follow up, I’ve received little communication. Service advisors only reach out when I prompt them, and even then, their updates are vague—"The tech is evaluating," or "We're waiting on parts, sorry"—with no real solutions or offers for assistance. This has been my final visit to Tasca GMC. I’ve since built relationships with a competing dealer and a local shop that prioritize their customers and show a genuine commitment to both customer satisfaction and their own company's reputation. Tasca GMC of Melbourne has failed repeatedly to meet even basic service standards. More
Greg is probably the best Service manager I have ever worked with at any garage. He is helpful, courteous, and very professional. Daniel was eager to help, as it was it was only his 2nd day in this position, but he pursued every opportunity to be helpful and keep me informed of my vehicle status. I was over charged and due a refund on 6 February 2025. I made several requests to get my refund but So far I haven’t received it. Joe only responded once in the past 5 weeks, and on 28 February said I made several requests to get my refund but So far I haven’t received it. Joe only responded once in the past 5 weeks, and on 28 February said he check was in the mail. It is now 14 March and no refund. So I left several more messages yesterday but still no response, This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! No follow through to resolve a simple issue. More
I bought a Hyundai Sonata in December 2024 that I've had absolutely nothing but trouble with. Within two weeks of buying the car, the oil light came on. I took it to the service department and was told - oh absolutely nothing but trouble with. Within two weeks of buying the car, the oil light came on. I took it to the service department and was told - oh it's probably that they forgot to reset it when they changed the oil. I didn't even leave the lot before the light came back on. They "checked" and "found no leaks" and topped it up. Three weeks later, the light was back on. I insisted there was an oil leak, though the customer service guy stated that it was an older car and probably was burning oil. I insisted they check and yep - seals were broken. They fixed that and less than a month later I had two more warning lights on. They diagonsed it and yep two sensors bad. I reported at the same time the steering was making grinding noises. They "oiled" the part and sent me on my merry way. Friday - barely 3 months owning this car - the steering column was completely broken. Luckily I was close to home. They sold me an absolute lemon of a car after assuring me they'd done full safety inspections. Talking to people in the service department, mine isn't the only one with trouble. One guy's car door completely fell off. He took it in to be repaired and drove it home "fixed" and that night the other door fell off. I will tell everyone I meet NOT to buy a car from Tasca and definitely not to take the car to the service department where they will tell you it's fixes without really doing anything. More
