Beware of service dept! Expertise is questionable! I brought my 2007 G6 convertible in to repair a broken cable. The dealership did NOT have the expertise to handle this repair. When I took the car i I brought my 2007 G6 convertible in to repair a broken cable. The dealership did NOT have the expertise to handle this repair. When I took the car in, the convertible top went up/down perfectly, it simply could not go into the trunk. The broken cable was to allow the convertible top stowage cover (aka boot cover) to hide the top when stored in the trunk, which is a COSMETIC cover. In their effort to fix the issue with this COSMETIC boot cover, they basically caused the roof to no longer align with the closure prongs, thereby bending the prongs and making the top completely unusable.....I had to take the car to Crown GMC to fix what Dick Norris broke, just to get the top back in the same condition it was before.... This cost me over $600 to fix! When Crown GMC realized that the part to fix the COSMETIC boot cover was no longer manufactured by GMC, they simply removed it so that I could continue to put my convertible top up/down. Dick Norris REFUSED to pay for the $600+ damages because unlike Crown GMC, they thought it was better to attempt a repair that they were not qualified to perform and leave the customer's car in worse condition, in an effort to cover up their incompetent. BEWARE!! I will be filing a BBB report and contact Consumer Protection to hopefully stop Dick Norris from causing harm to future customers that happen to trust their service department! More

Something was wrong w/our '06 Buick Lucerne. I talked to Mr. Strehle, arranged a diagnosis the next day. He called promptly with the diagnosis which we felt was fair and very thorough. Brought a 2009 acadia in here, and had to bring it back three times after I had paid over $500 for them to get it right, (Mind you that was "Warranty Pricing", and there was over $3,000 of work done on the three times after I had paid over $500 for them to get it right, (Mind you that was "Warranty Pricing", and there was over $3,000 of work done on the car) when asked to explain what was different with the repairs this time, I was brushed off, and pushed out the door! I even asked, does this happen often, this many problem with this type of car, and was told "yes, more that you can imagine!" Guess what?!?! month later and vehicle is back in the shop for SAME issue, engine light on, and onstar diagnostic of engine misfire! They have the nerve to tell us that they want ANOTHER $107 to "look" at car to discover problem?!?!?!? When my husband was told it would be another $300+ for SAME issues, we decided to take to another dealer, they then retaliated with, "well, you owe us for a rental car you just picked up!" More
Toby is easy to deal with and so honest and straight forward. You never feel as if you don't know what is being done with your car and why it needs the work that it needs. He even took pictures with h forward. You never feel as if you don't know what is being done with your car and why it needs the work that it needs. He even took pictures with his cell phone to show us what they did and what our car looked like when they took the engine out. He has always been great to us and I would never hesitate for a second to reccomend him and the dealership when someone needed something done with their car. We will not go anywhere else when we need work done on our Saturn Outlook. I also love the free ice cream in the waiting area.....nice touch!!! More
Brought my gmc terrain in for service originally. Was going to be a covered repair. Spent some time looking at the new and used vehicles on the lot while I was waiting for my wife to pick me up. I was approached by Sean, which happens to be my name as well. We began discussing one of the new/used suvs. My wife arrived and also took interest in the vehicle. Things went so well and smoothly during discussions that instead of leaving with my repaired car, found myself leaving in a new car. All who were apart of this transaction did an outstanding job. Even the gentleman in charge of the service department Toby was most helpfull with the repair process. More
Greeted within one minute in the service lane by Don. Taken to Ritas podium. She was accurate but wasn't really friendly or even smiling. I was finished with intake in less than five minutes. Car would not start, ONSTAR had vehicle towed to you, and Toby took over from there. Toby kept me informed by phone as to the problem and what they were doing to correct it. He also arranged for me to have a vehicle while mine was being repaired. I also had the vehicle(Buick LaCrosse CXL) detailed while it was at your dealership. When I picked the car up it looked like new, thanks to Dave Dye Sr who did the detail, and thanks to Toby's good work in overseeing the repairs, it ran like a new car. It is good employees like this which makes me want to return to Dick Norris Buick. I love the cars and the service. More
Mike is an excellent service advisor. He makes a point to keep his customers up to date on the status of the repairs being done on their vehicle. He is the main reason I continue to have my vehicle serviced keep his customers up to date on the status of the repairs being done on their vehicle. He is the main reason I continue to have my vehicle serviced at Dick Norris. Bobby Hobbs was also great. He spoke with me before starting to work on my vehicle so he knew exactally what the problem was without costing me extra money for unnecessary time. He took the time to explain what the problem was and how it was fixed. I'm going to be looking for another vehicle in the near future. Because of this experience, I'll stop at Dick Norris first. I hope the sales team mirrors the service department. More
