recall I received a service recall on my Vibe. I stopped in without calling first. Jack Strehle was very friendly in his greeting and explained he would or I received a service recall on my Vibe. The part came in a week later, an appointment was made the for next day and I dropped the car off and was given a courtesy ride home. I picked the car up mid afternoon on the same day. This went so smoothly it could be a commercial for the dealership. I worked with Jack and two very nice people who drove the courtesy car. Thank you Jack. More
better than expectations after cancelling my friday morning appointment due to other errands to do i got on the interstate and the vibe was so bad i drove straight to the deal after cancelling my friday morning appointment due to other errands to do i got on the interstate and the vibe was so bad i drove straight to the dealership. the requisite 1000 miles for vehicle vibration was past. i brought the truck to james. he was surprised to see me but very accommodating and had a new loaner car for my use. said i can have it for the weekend if they can't finish by end of day. tech john andree found the issue and replaced 2 defective tires. job was done by friday p.m. under warranty. james said come back saturday account of the long drive to clearwater. picked truck up saturday morning and truck drove like it should have all along. smooth and vibe free. More

He explains all repairs and why they have to be done and makes sure that I have a loaner vehicle so that I am not inconvenienced at all. I love the new entrance for the service area, it is nice that it is covered and can handle up to three lanes of cars at the same time. My repairs were done ahead of schedule which was even nicer and I had the car detailed and it was beautiful. I have always had great service and even though my car is a 2011, due to Dick Norris maintaining it so well for me it still feels like it is a brand new vehicle. More
