Not impressed Unfortunately I was quite unsatisfied with the latest visit to Dick Norris service department. This is a stark contrast to previous visits. I originally paid for a service package as well as a car wash package when I bought this vehicle. Every time we drop the car off no one has a clue about the car washes that we are supposed to be receiving and eventually it is found and done. This past visit we were told it would be completed. We paid prior to picking the vehicle up as we needed to come after hours only to find that the car was not washed as promised. This was an oversight that was disappointing. He was friendly, professional, very responsive and gave me the feeling he would go out of his way to fix any problem I brought in. The personal approach he displays is excellent. Truthfully, this is far superior to the service I received at the dealer from whom I bought the car (was in Ocala). There I had all the privileges of a perfect stranger. So glad to be here!!!!
