I was lied to. The service adviser lied to me, another was very nervous when I came to get my car. He obviously knew something. They told me a switch was burned/shor The service adviser lied to me, another was very nervous when I came to get my car. He obviously knew something. They told me a switch was burned/shorted out and wanted $192 to replace it, and it would take 4 days to get the part. It worked when I picked up the car! I guess because I didn't give them notice I was coming to get the car, they didn't have time to disconnect it to keep up the charade. No need to reach out to me, as a matter of fact, please don't. Your not the only dealer in town and I don't even have a Buick. More

Oil Change and more? Shawn in service was great; however, at the dealership there seems to be a push to increase alignment figures. I got four new tires on my 2012 Enclave Shawn in service was great; however, at the dealership there seems to be a push to increase alignment figures. I got four new tires on my 2012 Enclave two weeks earlier at a national chain. That store did an alignment. Shawn presented to me a printout showing that my SUV was terribly out of alignment. He offered an alignment for approximately $90 but I told him that the store at which I bought the tires should honor their work. Here's the rub. I then spent another hour of my day going to the other store, reviewing the printout from Dickinson Norris, and scheduling an alignment check the next business day. During that appointment I witnessed the setup of the alignment check, the alignment check and it showed my Enclave WAS not out of alignment. That was a two hour appointment, including wait time. So I spent three hours of my time double-checking a problem that fidelity mot exist. I don't blame Shawn for he was doing his job, I blame the practice. So please end it. More
