He suggested service would take aprox 1.5 hrs. True to his word, I was finished shortly before 1.5 hours and the Service Tech also completed their 27 point vehicle inspection. As a new resident to Largo and Florida, this was my second visit to the dealership. Both visits conducted very promptly and courteously. More

Above and Beyond the Second Time Originally, I had an issue with the headliner exposing about 7 inches of the foam underneath at the top of the hatchback on my Encore. The service de Originally, I had an issue with the headliner exposing about 7 inches of the foam underneath at the top of the hatchback on my Encore. The service department said the rubber/vinyl strip guard wasn't properly installed so they adjusted it. I went on vacation and when I washed my car, the hatchback leaked at the top, which got my headliner and the inside of the car wet near the hatchback. I immediately called Dan and scheduled an appointment for when I returned. After the technicians finished troubleshooting, Dan said the entire guard and headliner needed to be replaced. I was given a loaner Encore. Dan was very accommodating during the entire process, and the problem was resolved! No more leaks! More
