Dick Norris GMC Service My service manager Mike was very kind and helpful and the shuttle driver was wonderful to talk to. Only thing I didn’t like was the recommendation to flush out my brake fluid when the manufacturer doesn’t recommend that until 150k Miles and my Terrain is only at 60k. More
Always great service I have purchased many vehicles from Dick Norris (Buick/GMC). From the time of ordering to servicing, they have always treated me with the best of attention and care. The latest example, was during this service visit. I inherited a low mileage Buick Verano from my Late Aunt and my Uncle. I (of course), took it to a Dick Norris facility closest to my home, to have it serviced. The Service Tech. Michael Bennett let me know when the best time to bring it in was......and followed up with a phone call, when he had a better time available. When I arrived, a person met me at the car, escorted me to Michael's desk, where Michael took all relevant information need. I left the Buick overnight, expecting to be called the following afternoon as we had discussed. The following mid morning, much to my delight, Michael called and informed me that my Verano was ready to pick up. I just wanted to thank Michael Bennett (Service Tech) and Joseph Hill (Mechanical Tech) that were involved in handling my service transaction for a great experience! I base my opinion on my last six (non GM) cars that didn't need to be repaired in the 3 years X 10,000 miles I had each one of them. More
Service Engine Light On The Service Engine Light was on. Called the dealership and they had me in the very next day at 9 AM. Mike explained that an $89 charge to scan was necessary to diagnose the issue. Not an issue, I replied, It needs to be fixed before I head back to NY. I went out to the customer seating and got a cup of coffee. I hadn't finished my coffee before Mike came out to explain what was the issue. We believe it's a short in a solenoid and an issue with the actuator. We don't think it will be fixed before 1 PM. The good news is it will be covered under your warranty.Would you like a ride home? We'll call and pick you up when it's done. No, I answered,I'll wait it out...but thank you for your consideration and the peace of mind regarding the warranty repair. At 11 AM Mike came out and told me that my car was all done and there is no charge. We'll get you out of here right now! Well done! Mike is a very conscientious service agent. You are fortunate to have him on your team. Thanks for your help. More
