As the tires were purchased from Dick Norris, they provided warranty replacement of defective piece. Since tires were not available for a couple days they also provided a loaner vehicle to use. This is the way new car service should be handled. More

Great customer service . They took the time to address the problem with my truck from day one. I had to switch dealers so that they would take care of that issue. Every time . Great experience I had car problems on my way back from vacation, I took the car in with no appointment and they took my car in right away.
