Quick, friendly service I made the appointment with Dan for a lube, oil, and filter as well as balance and rotate the tires. I dropped the car off at 8:00. Good comunication When I came in to have my 2005 Saturn ion checked for transmission problems, Jack was very helpful. He said that because of the time of day on a Saturday, that the technician did not have enough time to give the car the time to check every thing properly. He asked if I could leave the car until Monday to get a proper diagnosis of the problem. He called on Monday after the inspection and told me what the tech had found. On tuseday when I came to talk Jack told me everything that had been found. He gave me a price for the repair, but since I am retired and on SS I decided to take the car home, and talk with my daughter about what we were going to do. Jack was very understanding. He did not try to scare me with dire warnings. He explained that after talking with my daughter, if I wanted the service they would be happy to help. More

The tire pressure in the left front tire would not register, showing “——-“. Called my service rep and he apologized but I would have to bring the car back in to have the tire service reset. Why wasn’t it checked properly before they let me drive away? It’s not like I live close by! I am sending this review because GMC Dick Norris should be aware of the practices of their service dept. When I came in to make my appointment the service technician Jack was very helpful in pulling up my records to assure I received the services needed.
