Buick service Buick Roadside was very responsive. Picked up my Buick, (dead battery after only 2 1/2 weeks of ownership) installed new battery at no charge and had Buick Roadside was very responsive. Throughout my entire experience with Dick Norris Buick GMC, I have been impressed by the way the customer is treated. My salesperson, Leon, was great, the finance manager was great and didn't try to sell me products for extra profit margin, the general manager was there to give me my keys and receipt when my best friend brought me by to pick up the car (my friend, btw, commented that he wished he had the service I got when he purchased his 2017 Lincoln Continental). Engine overheating My car was towed to dealership around 12/19/18. They gave me a ride home and next day called with a loaner car.
