Brought a 2009 acadia in here, and had to bring it back three times after I had paid over $500 for them to get it right, (Mind you that was "Warranty Pricing", and there was over $3,000 of work done on the three times after I had paid over $500 for them to get it right, (Mind you that was "Warranty Pricing", and there was over $3,000 of work done on the car) when asked to explain what was different with the repairs this time, I was brushed off, and pushed out the door! I even asked, does this happen often, this many problem with this type of car, and was told "yes, more that you can imagine!" Guess what?!?! month later and vehicle is back in the shop for SAME issue, engine light on, and onstar diagnostic of engine misfire! They have the nerve to tell us that they want ANOTHER $107 to "look" at car to discover problem?!?!?!? When my husband was told it would be another $300+ for SAME issues, we decided to take to another dealer, they then retaliated with, "well, you owe us for a rental car you just picked up!" More

I called at 8am and spoke to Rollin. I sent the info for financing and arrived at the dealership at 9am. I was shown 3 cars and decided on the Pontiac 2008 G6. With my schedule this week, I did not have the time to do the research for my purchase and the dealership has all the tool I needed for my decision and collecting documents for my purchase. Wade and Rollin did a great job at covering all the bases and explaining the details. Both were professional, personable and pleasant. I really liked that the way I was treated. I did notice a couple of things that were cleared up quickly. 1) Wade told me that the car was a GT. I did look into it and before I could let him know that it was a 4 cylinder vehicle, he did correct that with me. 2) The internet starting selling price was $11,998.00. Wade told me that the internet selling price was 12,995.00. We were able to work this out. I will say that out of all the vehicles I ever bought, this was one was pretty easy. I would return and would send my friends and family to them because the way things went. It is a good dealership and they explain things well by listening for what is important to me and building value. More

Toby is easy to deal with and so honest and straight forward. You never feel as if you don't know what is being done with your car and why it needs the work that it needs. He even took pictures with h forward. You never feel as if you don't know what is being done with your car and why it needs the work that it needs. He has always been great to us and I would never hesitate for a second to reccomend him and the dealership when someone needed something done with their car. We will not go anywhere else when we need work done on our Saturn Outlook. I also love the free ice cream in the waiting area.....nice touch!!! More

Sean was very accommodating as well up front with his ability to negotiate an already incredible price on a 2012 Ford F150. He contacted Ford directly and offered for us to use his computer for research while he spoke with management on our offer. He quickly came back and within minutes we reached a deal we were both pleased with. We met in the middle and we could not be happier with our Ford F150. It was our first Ford as we have always owned Chevrolets, however this is an excellent surprise with how great of a vehicle this is as well. We bought a GMC Yukon XL from Dick Norris four years ago and had such a great experience that we returned. With our loyalty and Sean's excellent service we were very pleased to return to purchase another vehicle. Sean was an amazing and respectful gentleman the entire time. The process was well after hours and he stayed with us till the very last minute of leaving. Upon leaving he realized the gas was not full as the cars are normally and offered to go to the gas station and ensure the car had gas. That is the ultimate in service and care that we have always experienced at Dick Norris. Thank you very much for making this a wonderful experience!! More

Brought my gmc terrain in for service originally. Was going to be a covered repair. Spent some time looking at the new and used vehicles on the lot while I was waiting for my wife to pick me up. I was approached by Sean, which happens to be my name as well. We began discussing one of the new/used suvs. My wife arrived and also took interest in the vehicle. Things went so well and smoothly during discussions that instead of leaving with my repaired car, found myself leaving in a new car. All who were apart of this transaction did an outstanding job.
