Purchase of used Ford Fusion Our daughter had been searching the internet for her first car. It was discovered that the vehicle was at the Palm Harbor location,Eric then drove us to that location and our daughter drove the vehicle from Palm Harbor back to the Clearwater location. During the drive back Eric was explaining the options this vehicle had and even synced her phone to the Bluetooth. Once my daughter decided she wanted the vehicle everything went smoothly. There was no pressure from Eric or staff during our discussion about the vehicle. The paperwork went smoothly with no pressure to purchase anything further. Eric had the vehicle cleaned again and even filled the tank with gas. We would recommend this dealership to our friends. Very nice experience. Thank you Eric for treating our daughter like an adult. My husband and I, like most Americans dread the car buying experience because usually after the experience, you feel mostly violated and taken advantage of. This was not the case with the team at Dick Norris Clearwater, it felt like family, and most importantly, we could not find a better deal anywhere else in all of Florida. They simply did everything they could do to make it work for us. I would refer all my friends and family to go see Eric Perkins, Tony (the numbers guy).
