I love the new entrance for the service area, it is nice that it is covered and can handle up to three lanes of cars at the same time. My repairs were done ahead of schedule which was even nicer and I had the car detailed and it was beautiful. I have always had great service and even though my car is a 2011, due to Dick Norris maintaining it so well for me it still feels like it is a brand new vehicle. More
