They did well with the key fob, $35.00 fee, I purchased blank for $12.00 on line they programed no problem. Went to parts to get key cut, the guy comes back out about 8 minutes later hand me the key and says it should work fine. I went home and checked the key no good. I looked at key and the the edges were very sharp, I cut my index finger, it bled. I thought what a nasty job this clown did, I decided to wait till next morning he did not acknowledge that I said he did not smooth edges cut my finger, he tried to redo his bad workmanship, no go. I had the correct key I should have just gone to Home Depot they would have cut it correctly. This guy did me wrong on purpose,the key could have been used as weapon and I showed him where he over cut a groove, he said I purchased wrong key. He ended up saying the only thing he could do was to give me a deal on one of his keys. The dude ripped me off because He did not want to provide good customer service. I still have the key he screwed up and will keep it. The key transponder I purchased on line had good reviews from other people that 100% success with key cut, cost$10.40 went to hardware worked like a charm. Dealerships have disgruntled employees that just want to rip your head off, stay away from these people, they offer bad experience on a simple task. Waste of time gas and money, he wanted $35.00 for a key and finally sold me one for $24.00. He said if I had just brought there key from the start that I would not have to deal with such issues. What a disappointing experience. More

The part came in a week later, an appointment was made the for next day and I dropped the car off and was given a courtesy ride home. I picked the car up mid afternoon on the same day. This went so smoothly it could be a commercial for the dealership. I worked with Jack and two very nice people who drove the courtesy car. Thank you Jack. More
