From the time of ordering to servicing, they have always treated me with the best of attention and care. The latest example, was during this service visit. I inherited a low mileage Buick Verano from my Late Aunt and my Uncle. I (of course), took it to a Dick Norris facility closest to my home, to have it serviced. The Service Tech. Michael Bennett let me know when the best time to bring it in was......and followed up with a phone call, when he had a better time available. When I arrived, a person met me at the car, escorted me to Michael's desk, where Michael took all relevant information need. I left the Buick overnight, expecting to be called the following afternoon as we had discussed. The following mid morning, much to my delight, Michael called and informed me that my Verano was ready to pick up. I just wanted to thank Michael Bennett (Service Tech) and Joseph Hill (Mechanical Tech) that were involved in handling my service transaction for a great experience!
