Quality Service with No Games I have needed very little service on my 2015 Yukon other than general maintenance. This last visit was for an oil change & tire rotation. During the r I have needed very little service on my 2015 Yukon other than general maintenance. This last visit was for an oil change & tire rotation. During the review they identified several issues that needed attention. The time estimate was accurate and the actual cost was less than the estimate. I have never felt pressured at this dealership in either the sale side or the service department. As a bonus the staff has been well trained on friendliness and addressing customers even if they are not directly involved in the required service. Nice Job More

Made things right I’ve been using Dick Norris for a while to service my Ford F-250. Recently, I took the truck in for some clanking when going over bumps. They repaie I’ve been using Dick Norris for a while to service my Ford F-250. Recently, I took the truck in for some clanking when going over bumps. They repaied the issue but when I received the truck back I noticed that the front wheel bearings were bad which in order to fix them would require paying for labor that was just completed. When I brought the issue to the service department’s director, Bobby Brown he directed me to the service manager, Toby. After speaking with both of them about the issue they completed the repair only charging me for the parts. Their actions on this issue are the exact reason I use Dick Norris to service my Ford. I have found them to be an honest dealership with good work quality. I would recommend people using them for their repair needs. More
