Great experience I had car problems on my way back from vacation, I took the car in with no appointment and they took my car in right away. They were upfront with the cost and they were able to diagnose the problem, luckily it was a minor issue. The service mechanic,George explained the problem over the phone and Drew, the service tech kept me informed. I was very pleased with the service, I will be servicing my vehicle at Auto Nation off Gulf to Bay in Clearwater from now on. More

Great service I went to Crown Buick GMC first because it is closer to my house. I needed an update to the infotainment system of my 2016 truck to make it Android au I went to Crown Buick GMC first because it is closer to my house. I needed an update to the infotainment system of my 2016 truck to make it Android auto compatible. I made an appointment 1 week in advance. They told me it was going to take about 4 hrs. Big mistake going there. They did nothing for me and on top of that they wanted to charge me for a service that I knew was fully covered by GM. A complete waste of time. I then called Dick Norris GMC and I talked to Rita (service advisor). She said, just bring the truck over here and we'll look into it. I went there the following week, no appointment, and in about 1 hr they took care of the issue which was indeed covered by GM. No drama, no annoying complications. I will have to drive a few more miles to this place to service my truck but I will said that even if it was 100 miles farther than the Crown place, it would still be worth it. Great team, great people. More
Great Service! I recently had some work done on my Buick LaCrosse(Windshield replacement/Side Mirror) repair. A few weeks later I experienced an issue with the side I recently had some work done on my Buick LaCrosse(Windshield replacement/Side Mirror) repair. A few weeks later I experienced an issue with the side mirror cover coming off. I called spoke with Craig Hartman(Service Consultant). Which apologized for the inconvenience and took care of the issue. End result I was pleased. More
Engine warning light came on Service Dept did diagnostic test and found that the emissions part needs replacing. The Technician ordered the part and it arrived the following day. I chose to wait at the dealership while my car was being serviced. The technicians fixed the problem. They drove my car to test it. It runs great. Excellent service! More
