Too much trouble Had to return to dealership after free oil change and tire rotation because the tire service indicator light kept coming back on. The tire pressure in the left front tire would not register, showing “——-“. Called my service rep and he apologized but I would have to bring the car back in to have the tire service reset. Why wasn’t it checked properly before they let me drive away? It’s not like I live close by! I am sending this review because GMC Dick Norris should be aware of the practices of their service dept. He asked if I could leave the car until Monday to get a proper diagnosis of the problem. He called on Monday after the inspection and told me what the tech had found. On tuseday when I came to talk Jack told me everything that had been found. He gave me a price for the repair, but since I am retired and on SS I decided to take the car home, and talk with my daughter about what we were going to do. Jack was very understanding. He did not try to scare me with dire warnings. He explained that after talking with my daughter, if I wanted the service they would be happy to help. More
