No pressure deal. Worked to get deal through. Told them my max price and they pointed me straight to where they were. Within 20 minutes we were test driving the 2 that fit the bill. Bit of a hiccup on monthly payments and insurance but they listened and worked with me and we got down to the numbers I had researched. Everyone involved were not pushy or overeager. They were their to assist when needed and to leave you alone when you needed that as well. This is the next day and car is driving great and so far no regrets. Its nice to have a car with working AC and a radio that will actually turn off and stay off. The family is also looking for a new mechanic for our other vehicles and they have a full service shop open to the public so we may continue to do business with them even after the car purchase. More

Coverage of Used vehicle I was so impressed with the treatment I received I wanted to give them credit. I purchased a used Suburban from them almost 2 years ago. On the origi I was so impressed with the treatment I received I wanted to give them credit. I purchased a used Suburban from them almost 2 years ago. On the original test drive, the (very costly) fuel pump failed and had to be replaced which they did before purchase. Last week the car died on US 19 and I had the car towed to my local auto service where they determined that the fuel pump had failed. I contacted Dick Norris and spoke with Max Johnson and explained that although I'd had vehicle for 2 years it only had 9K miles on fuel pump. At first they were reluctant to cover it but after some discussion they covered the cost of the pump. I had my service techs remove the bad one and I took it to Dick Norris and they switched it out with a brand new one. I think this is exceptional customer service and wanted to thank Max and staff for treating us so well. More
