Very friendly service department ,very helpful I'm on vacation from Ohio for 2 months ,Transmission started shifting very irregularly on way here. Once I arrived I found Dick Norris Buick in Clear I'm on vacation from Ohio for 2 months ,Transmission started shifting very irregularly on way here. Once I arrived I found Dick Norris Buick in Clearwater and took my Enclave there to be serviced. There technician found same issue as I described and worked with extended warranty Company to get my car fixed. Had to remove transmission and replace many internal parts all covered under warranty. My car is back and shifting like it's brand new,My thanks to everyone who worked on my car and especially Randy in Service desk for helping get everything taken care of. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone needing service on there vehicle,I'm a very satisfied customer. Thanks Ron Jones More

My salesperson, Leon, was great, the finance manager was great and didn't try to sell me products for extra profit margin, the general manager was there to give me my keys and receipt when my best friend brought me by to pick up the car (my friend, btw, commented that he wished he had the service I got when he purchased his 2017 Lincoln Continental). Jack strehle told me oil leaked and had to order several parts. Being over Christmas took a little extra time to get parts but in the meantime I got to drive around a camaro convertible! After I got car back Jack told me to stop in once a week for month so he could check oil to make sure all was good. this extra service from Jack made me feel really good about dealership More
