Excellent and thorough service visit I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on Saturday morning - while my car was being serviced, the technician found that my car's battery was fa I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on Saturday morning - while my car was being serviced, the technician found that my car's battery was failing. Since it was a warranty covered item (I bought my car at DN GMC last May), the battery was replaced at no cost! Very grateful for the service department's efficiency! More

Good comunication When I came in to have my 2005 Saturn ion checked for transmission problems, Jack was very helpful. He said that because of the time of day on a Saturday, that the technician did not have enough time to give the car the time to check every thing properly. He asked if I could leave the car until Monday to get a proper diagnosis of the problem. He called on Monday after the inspection and told me what the tech had found. On tuseday when I came to talk Jack told me everything that had been found. He gave me a price for the repair, but since I am retired and on SS I decided to take the car home, and talk with my daughter about what we were going to do. Jack was very understanding. He did not try to scare me with dire warnings. He explained that after talking with my daughter, if I wanted the service they would be happy to help. More
