Never coming back Never coming back! Except to turn in their car. I signed a two year lease and the Michelin tires began crumbling at 19000 miles. The tread on all 4 ti Never coming back! Except to turn in their car. I signed a two year lease and the Michelin tires began crumbling at 19000 miles. The tread on all 4 tires were breaking off in chunks. I asked the dealership to take a look during a routine service and they came back with an estimate for new tires at $1000!! I explained to the dealership that this is their car (Lease) with defective tires and maybe they should get in touch with Michelin. They said they don’t deal with tire companies and said my tires were crumbling because of excessive heat, hard turns and breaking/accelerating too fast. I got a hold of Michelin, they sent me to Tire Kingdom for an inspection….Michelin sent me new tires at no cost except install. I turn the car back in soon and they’ll have brand new tires on it. This dealership would have to lose money for me to do business with them again. More
