Leon, the salesman, was very courteous, relaxed, and easy to talk with. He was very thorough in showing me all of the vehicle’s features. Once I decided that I was interested in buying the vehicle, Leon and Dan (the manager) worked with me in negotiating a very fair. Dan was very polite and was respectful of the budget I had set for my purchase. I never felt pressured. Duncan in Finance wrapped everything up and was professional, thorough, and patient as I made my way through all the financial and warranty decisions. Again, there was no pressure. My total time at the dealership was less than I’ve ever experienced. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I’m very pleased with my vehicle. We went in on a Saturday 30 minutes till closing, to look at a used hybrid and we met Leon. He was very helpful and not overbearing or pushy at all. He took us for a test drive and afterwards went into his office to discuss the pricing. He came back and gave us the price and we left and said we would put down a deposit on Monday if we wanted to move forward. Then Steve, the Sales Manager, came in. Both gentlemen were very nice and easy to deal with. We called Monday to put a deposit down and negotiate a little on the price. I received a call from Leon accepting our offer and was quickly called by the Finance Manager, Duncan Marquis. We went to pick up the vehicle and it took a total of 1 hour to get in and out. I would definitely recommend Dick Norris. More
