Went in to have my computer checked as my battery died and I couldn't connect my phone or voice recognition. I was told to bring it in today, which I did. But the portion of my warranty that covers that and I couldn't connect my phone or voice recognition. I was told to bring it in today, which I did. But the portion of my warranty that covers that has expired, so the young lady told me it would be $235.00 and some change to DIAGNOSE WHAT WAS WRONG. I questioned "it is 235.00 to tell me what is wrong?" She said yes. I have never heard of this in my life. Charging just to tell you what is wrong, and then who knows what the service fee would be to fix whatever the problem was. Of course I said no. Seems like a bit of a scam. Usually, you send something to get fixed, they tell you THEN what the problem is and how much to fix it. This is double dipping on their part. Very nice people there and helpful but really? More

Joe was quick with needed information, worked on giving the best deal, and gave clarity on the operations of the dealership which helped me feel good about the decisions I made. Also went out of his way to help move my tonneau cover over to my new truck. Tony was quick and answered any questions I had about financing and stayed way over time to make sure all paperwork was clear and concise. Couldn't be happier with the customer service!!
