The purchasing experience was amazing right up till we took the car home and realized that the detail shop had left a floor mat out of it when they got it ready for us. I reported it to the salesperson and a few days later he replied and said they couldn’t locate it. We knew it was there when we test drove the car. They didn’t offer to replace it. Basically acted like it was our problem. It turned a good experience into er probably won’t go back there. More

Purchased a new truck. Needed running boards included in the deal. Just about to leave in new truck when told running boards were not included in the deal due to an error by the finance person. My wife wa the deal. Just about to leave in new truck when told running boards were not included in the deal due to an error by the finance person. My wife was so upset she did not get into the truck for a week. Got a call from the salesman and told him I felt they should pay for the running boards (about $500). Later a sales manager called and said he would not pay for the running boards. I told him I was an "unsatisfied customer" and $500 was not much to fix their error. He said he did not care about my bad reviews......maybe he will care now...... More
