I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Matt & Jared made buying a new GMC Terrain easy and efficient. Lots of the work was done over the phone. Damaged after service. 2020 Denali HD 16k miles and needed service for fuel filter and a TSB for the brakes squeal, and tire rotation. I bought the truck here when it was Dick Norris. Services performed, I’m advised that a quick test drive and done. Truck comes back with a bolt in the sidewall. No tire this size available in area. They can get one the next day. I’ve got a hunting trip I’m driving to the next day. I need the truck. They state nothing they can do, “try a tire shop”. I go to Mavis tire off Hercules and same thing, no sizes available. They have a full set my size available. I buy the set and authorize install. At this time, the service manager from Tasca texts me and said he was just able to wrap his head around this and asked what I was doing. I advised, he offered to sell me 4…my truck is in the air dude…with a competitive price. I ask for them to pick up the cost of one tire. They decline. That’s it. That’s my experience. I went in for a brake change and ended up dropping $1600 on a new set of tires at a 3rd party shop after the dealer damaged my tire. They took zero responsibility. Stay away, beware. More
