We came to Dick Norris to look at buying a 2012 Terrain SLT-2. When we pulled into the parking lot there was no place to park so we drove to the side and asked to gentlemen standing there where we should SLT-2. Well, we must have interrupted a very important conversation because they weren't very happy about having to help us. We let it go and once finally parked we got out to walk around and look at the Terrains. After 20 min of walking around while salesmen all sat there and watched us, we finally started walking across the parking lot to get back in our vehicle. Only after we in our vehicle did someone approach us and ask if we needed help. I told them no and we left. That night we drove all the way to Crown Buick GMC (which is NOT close to where we live!) and bought the 2012 GMC Terrain SLT-2 that I wanted! I would rather drive almost an hour out of my way to buy a car from someone who cares about customer service that to take the quick drive to Dick Norris and get treated like this again! More

Greeted within one minute in the service lane by Don. Taken to Ritas podium. She was accurate but wasn't really friendly or even smiling. I was finished with intake in less than five minutes. I have been helping my grandson, who is in school and working evenings, look for a truck. I have been insulted by several dealerships who don’t think a woman is capable of buying a car or truck. It was certainly nice to talk to a sales consultant who was willing to help me. My daughter was looking at the ads this morning and saw just the truck for my grandson. She was lucky to have Sean answer the phone when she called. He got the paperwork and truck ready for her and we were driving it home after only two hours in the showroom. They didn't mess with let me go ask and see. It was just this is what I can do for you! It was I can get you a better intrest rate than your credit union. I dread going to dealerships as a woman, so I call and give my specifics and ask to have the bottom line and car ready when I get there. Sean was able to do that for me. Car would not start, ONSTAR had vehicle towed to you, and Toby took over from there. Toby kept me informed by phone as to the problem and what they were doing to correct it. When I picked the car up it looked like new, thanks to Dave Dye Sr who did the detail, and thanks to Toby's good work in overseeing the repairs, it ran like a new car. It is good employees like this which makes me want to return to Dick Norris Buick. I love the cars and the service. More
