My fiance and I went into the dealship with the idea of purchasing a new GMC Terrain. Dick Norris was recommended to me by a friend and I can see why. When we pulled into the dealership, we were greeted by Jim and his friendly smile. He took us out for a test drive and of course we fell in love with the Terrain. However, we decided to keep going with our search and checked out 2 other dealerships with a couple other makes. Ultimately, we were unimpressed and went RIGHT BACK to Dick Norris. Unfortunately, Jim was working with another couple upon our return and we were introduced to Sean Hamza. Talk about helpful, he went above and beyond. Sean was very sensitive to our financial state and what we wanted to spend. He showed us a few other vehicles. We were so impressed with his knowledge of all (new and used) vehicles on the lot. I pointed out a Ford Edge and he explained everything from A to Z about the cars features and we took it for a little spin and within an hour, we drove off the lot in our new 2011 Ford Edge!! This was my first visit and I don't want it to be our last. Wade was my salesman and he was not pushy at all and spoke to be me and my wife, which she was very happy about. Once we located the one we worked with Manny and got us a better price than we did from the credit union. I was surprised and pleasure with the entire experience. Wade took time to be sure we understood all the controls and buttons in the car and Manny followed up with the title work and plate transfer. I didn’t' have to call to hound them about anything. Wade was the salesperson that greeted me when I arrived at Dick Norris GMC. He was very friendly and professional. I told him I wasn’t here to buy right now but I did want to test drive new Sierra Crew Cab at Dick Norris GMC. He was very friendly and professional. I told him I wasn’t here to buy right now but I did want to test drive new Sierra Crew Cab trucks, one with the 4.8L V8 and one with the 5.3L V8. Unlike other salespeople I talked with at other stores ( knowing I wasn’t there to buy right now) he was very happy to take me on two test drives. He explained the differences between the two motors and the towing capabilities, I now know I will need the 5.3L for my towing needs. Wade knew the Sierra inside and out and more about the Dodge and Ford trucks than the salesmen I talked with at the other dealerships. When my lease ends in 7 months I will be going back to see Wade.
