Absolutely horrific customer service. Scheduled a maintenance appointment in July for 2 days in October. 2 simple questions that I wanted addressed. Was told when I booked, and again when I dropped the car off that it would take 1-2 days. On day 7 I had still not heard a thing. I called to find out that no one had even looked at the vehicle yet. I was given an excuse that the holiday (1 day) was the reason it wasn’t done. At the end of the day I came to pickup the car. Only 1 of the 2 concerns had been addressed and was not resolved.. I was charged $150 for “labor”. Absolutely scammed by a company that does not care at all about customer service. Tasca wasted my time, my money. Will never buy or have a car serviced again from this dealer. More

The service department is reliable; pricey, but reliable. I need to get used to that. The experience was good. They damaged my car in their lot when my vehicle was in for service at their Volvo shop on Pontiac Ave in Cranston. Then made me pay half the cost of body work to get car back.
