Our sales experience was very good when we purchased the XC-90. George is a great guy who delivered. Service has been unacceptable. No communication from service technician. Very unhappy to have to be w XC-90. George is a great guy who delivered. Service has been unacceptable. No communication from service technician. Very unhappy to have to be without a vehicle for 4 days without a clear explanation as to what was happening with tire replacement(s). I finally took George up on his offer to help anytime and asked him to intervene. More
Went in for an oil change and state inspection on my 2004 s60 and got a call that it would cost me 1500 dollars for repairs to inspect the car. I told him to change the oil and that I would come and get it. s60 and got a call that it would cost me 1500 dollars for repairs to inspect the car. I told him to change the oil and that I would come and get it. Took the car to a reputable station the next day and they put a sticker on the car no problem, it is very well cared for. I should not be afraid to take the car to you for an inspection fearing what could be found wrong even if not part of a state inspection. You did this to me 2 years ago as well and I should have learned my lesson. I will NOT be back there for any service on my Volvo, you are driving customers away. More

Well here is the long version. My family has been buying cars from here for a while. My father had just purchased an F-150 using my discount because my company has a partnership due to my fleet being all Fo cars from here for a while. My father had just purchased an F-150 using my discount because my company has a partnership due to my fleet being all Ford. His process was great. I mentioned that I wanted one also with no return call. My father needed some service for something. When I went back with him I saw the sales man and asked why he never called. He then showed me a truck in the lot that I liked. I said I was interested in it. Later in the day I called and asked how much the total cost was. He gave me a price and I called the bank and was OK'd for the loan. I called him back and told him I had it. He then told me that the price he gave me was without taxes and everything else. It was a difference of over $2000. I instantly could tell that I wasn't being taken serioulsy. Between the no calls to the wrong price really keyed me in to this. So I complained and sat with the sales manager and went in circles. I ate half the difference and received a remote start for the truck. Was I totally satisfied? Not at all because I found that they ran my credit multiple times after I told them not to. So thanks for the negative credit hits Tasca. Now currently I have an issue with my truck that says tire pressure sensor fault. Fault being the key word. In the manual it states that it is something that is not just tire pressure. It is a code. Now not being a mechanic I would think that they knew to check that. Plus my radio would shut off every now and again. The first time I took it down they found nothing. The second time I told them problems do not go away and I want it fixed. They told me they had to order a part and I would receive a call in a week. Well a month later they called me to say the part was in. I brought my truck down for the 3rd time and dropped it off. The day before Easter weekend I had to pick it up. The place was a ghost town. The receptionist told me that if I wasn't there @ 5 she wouldn't wait. I told her it was warranty service so she told me that she would leave it with someone. I arrived before 5 and she gave me my slip. It stated nothing that I could see of any part changed. She told me to talk to service and noone was there. I waited for about 5 min and left. Before I arrived home the problem came back. I called service 11 days ago and the managers voice mail said he would be gone until this Monday starting the day after I called. So no call the next day or Tues after his return. For some reason I was thinking his name was Bruce. So when I called they transfered me to Tony I think. After making it sound like I was inconvienencing him. He took some basic information and said he would pass it to Bruce. When in fact when he told me his name I recognized it as the guy I left the message for. There isn't even a Bruce there I don't think. He told me that someone would call me. Yet here it is the next day and no return call. Tasca's motto is you will be satisfied.....Yeah right. You'll be moderatly satisfied if someone takes you seriously then when they get your money you won't. I'll be taking all my business eleswhere from now on. So will my family! More

Bought a 2010 ford fusion sport that has had tremendous front end problems. Has had new ball joints, control arms, steering column realignment, now tie rods. I've owned the vehicle about a year it just hit front end problems. Has had new ball joints, control arms, steering column realignment, now tie rods. I've owned the vehicle about a year it just hit the 50,000 mile mark. The car has always pulled to the right side, had a grinding noise on hard right turns, and significant vibration on the highway. It took three visits to find a bubble in the front tire less than a week after purchase, and I was told they didn't hear a grinding.. Until of course they replaced the tire with the bubble and saw that the tire was rubbing on the inner wheel well. The car was kept for more than a week as they tried to find the problem. After it was "fixed" I still had nose and vibration from the right side of the vehicle.. They found no problems.. Now once again components for the right front wheel need to be replaced and it's now coming 100% out of pocket since it is no longer under factory warranty... Clearly this was an existing issue. Terrible service. It should never take more than one visit to find so many problems. The vehicle never should have been sold in the condition it was in to begin with. More

When I bought the 2008 Escape 10/10 there was a crack in the windshield. The Salesman said they would replace the windshield- which they did. However, they did a poor job installing he window and sealing i the windshield. The Salesman said they would replace the windshield- which they did. However, they did a poor job installing he window and sealing it correctly. The car began to smell like mold and must and the passenger floor was soaking! The car was brought to Mr. Stone who gave me a loaner car as the problem was corrected. After a few days the problem was corrected and we were told to pick it up. When I did pick the car up we had issues with the loaner car (they wanted to charge us for a day) and the car was dirty and 1/2 a tank of gas was gone! Thanks to Mr. Bruce Dancause all my frustrations and disappointment were corrected. Not only did he handle the car loaner problem, he paid for all the gas used. You are very lucky to have Mr. Dancause as your manager. He is polite, accommodating and thorough. I believe he is the main reason my family continues to purchase and maintain our vehicles with Tasca. Mom- Mary Haley Son-in-law Jim Garcia Many Thanks to Mr. Dancause! Ann Bannon More
At the beginning of the summer I purchased a 2006 MX5 Grand Touring from Tasca and during the sale they were extremely good. Abe, the salesperson, knew quite a bit of information about not only this mod Grand Touring from Tasca and during the sale they were extremely good. Abe, the salesperson, knew quite a bit of information about not only this model but previous models as he had owned one himself. I didnt feel as though he was pushing me into anything or trying to swindle me at all. I got the car for a great price without any haggling at all and they went out of their way to make sure I could obtain financing (I am young and have little credit history and just graduated and started my first decent job this summer). Aside from the Sale being a great experience, after about 6400 miles my engine blew :O. I knew it would be covered under warranty but I had never gone through something like that before and I was scared to death it wasnt going to be covered. Not only was it covered, but to make a long story short they went out of thier way to make sure everything was ok. The new engine was flown in in 1 business day, and installed in about a day (aside from one minor part that came in a day late. ) I didnt have to argue with them and, in fact, they really did most of the arguing most customers have to do, for me. I was given a rental car (Impala at that) and didnt pay a dime for the new engine installation and now I dont need an oil change anymore either. To be perfectly honest, I dont usually like Ford, Lincoln, Mazda, or Mercury, but I am almost sure I will by my next car from them again after seeing how important it was to them that I was satisfied with my new car. I really felt obligated to write them a good review somewhere and this is the first place I came across. PS my engine blew because of low oil after the engine break in procedure, it wasnt thier fault or the cars More
