I was given a loaner very quickly and was on my way. Later she called to say that a part had to be ordered and that it would be another day. When I went to pick it up, the tech had also found two other small issues and took care of them also. The drop off of the loaner was just as quick. Very happy. More

Not planning on an all day event John accommodated me by having his staff member give me a ride home and when my truck was complete, he again had his staff bring my truck to my home. Couldn't be happier I came to the Cranston location to get my cars oil changed ect. because of a bad experience at the seekonk location and I couldn't be any happier the I came to the Cranston location to get my cars oil changed ect. because of a bad experience at the seekonk location and I couldn't be any happier the costumer service was absolutly amazing he took the time to show me under my car and what was going on when I explained a concern and answered all my questions even helped me find my car in such a crazy busy parking lot. Not to mention how fast I was in and out of there...although I was at the quick lane it was far faster than I expected. Eric Defalco my paper says is who took care of me. He really should be the face of your costumer service honestly awesome. More
