Last time I was made to wait until their conversation was done before being waited on & on this visit 1 person "played" on her phone & other was not busy but still failed to immediately take care of me. Even after asking my name gave me wrong key & work order dollar amount. All she had to do was verify the name on bill. My co-worker has also told of similar experiences. More
