Colleen came through again, (night shift, service) To make a long story short, Colleen from your night service department, listened to my issues and had my vehicle repaired in a very timely manor, even To make a long story short, Colleen from your night service department, listened to my issues and had my vehicle repaired in a very timely manor, even though the day service representative told me they probably could not get the vehicle looked at until Tuesday. Colleen listened to my needs, knew I had to have the vehicle by Saturday, had the job completed on Saturday which allowed my sister to drive a safe vehicle back to New Jersey with confidence she would arrive safely.
