I had misplaced a valuable and sentimental ring when I brought my car to be serviced. After the technician graciously road with me to point out my problem, my car was washed. When I retrieved the washed vehicle, to my utter amazement, there was my ring hanging on the dashboard. An extremely honest ( and obviously loyal) worker had found it! I will never forget how Tasca made me feel that day! More

What began as an unscheduled drop in by us because of an issue with our Volvo, resulted in an immediately scheduled appointment due to the nature of t What began as an unscheduled drop in by us because of an issue with our Volvo, resulted in an immediately scheduled appointment due to the nature of the issue with our car. Because of this particular issue, Adam fit us into his schedule that day, knowing it was a tight fit but by fitting us in, he helped avert a potentially bigger problem for the car. At that point we were fairly stranded at the dealership so Matt was very gracious in offering to bring us home to South Kingstown. Chris was exceptionally professional and kept us in the loop on a daily basis with regard to the status of the repair. He was instrumental in coordinating drop off of the car to us after the repair was completed which was above and beyond our expectations. The whole team helped make a relatively stressful experience much more pleasant. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone! More

It's more like friends who really want to help you out rather than "the dreaded service managers" of other dealerships who won't be named (think rising waters) who couldn't care less. The dealership itself is strong and our salesman was good (Lou Colon), but the service is just absolutely awful. The last time I got an oil change, I waited for 45 minutes before they took my car in which took an additional 90 minutes. I thought this was because I went to the quicklane and didn't make an appointment. So I made an appointment 10 days ago for 10am. I drove 30 minutes to get there and they told me that there was a 3-4 hour wait for an oil change!! What is the point of making an appointment. When I told them I was going to take it somewhere else they said they could take me tomorrow at 5pm!!! Absolutely unacceptable. They couldn't call me this morning and tell me they were running behind. I will never bring my car back to the dealership again for service. More
