"You will be dissatisfied" I am completely dissatisfied with the way Tasca is treating me and I will never do any business with Tasca or ever buy another Ford vehicle. I do not understand how they can tell me "You're car isn't as bad as some of the others" and think that is an okay answer! My car only has 8,500 miles on it and I am afraid to drive it because the transmission is so bad! I do not understand why you continue to sell these cars knowing they have these extreme problems. Deceptive service practices I brought my 2010 Fusion for service and an inspection. After dropping off the care at approximately 8:15 am. I browsed the new car lot to see the n I brought my 2010 Fusion for service and an inspection. After dropping off the care at approximately 8:15 am. I browsed the new car lot to see the new models as I will be trading in this vehicle shortly at another dealership. Within one hour I got a call from a salesman who stated that he thought I was looking for a new car. First of all how did he know it was me.....I don't believe he knew I was having my car serviced....little bit of an underground network there. I also got a call from service wanting to change my antifreeze, brake fluid and transmission fluid and a 4 wheel alignment. At 3 pm I got a call from service who stated my car was ready but during the inspection stated my back brake pads were passable for the inspection but were down to 3 millimeters in the back and it would cost around $600 to replace but they would probably last a couple of more months. My total bill for fluid changes and the alignment totaled $669.44 ($418.15 in labor and $226.60 in parts) and if I had the back breaks done it would have been over $1200. I scheduled my car with another Ford Dealership for the breaks for $200 and when I brought the car in they told me that they checked all the brakes and the Front pads were at 9 millimeters and the rear pads were at 5 millimeters and that I didn't need any brake pads and would get another 10,000 miles on my current pads. (I also have the documents to verify this) While I am usually trusting of most people.....this was an obvious attempt to basically extort more repair cost that weren't even necessary. How credible can this service department be?????????? BEWARE!!!! Take your car to another service place to verify what they are telling you about certain repairs. Better to be safe then having to spend that kind of money for no reason. Maybe they get a bonus if they reach certain $$$ goals in the service department. More

I spent a good 30 minutes trying to make an appt. After no luck, I tried again the next day. Only appts from 9-3 were available for a month(and I know that is not true). Then I made an appt In Cranston and then went to Seekonk not knowing who I was speaking to. I actually needed to call the sales people to get the direct line to service before actually talking to a person who could get me an appt at 6pm. Absolutely horrible. Please fix that! Once there, the waiting area is great. Snacks and coffee. Fire and tv and massage chairs. Very nice. The wait was a little longer than I would have liked. Over two hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a squeak in my seat they were trying to fix but they could not find the squeak at the time. Until next time. I will go back just for the waiting room and friendly people there. I now have the direct line to service. More
