Mr. Tasca, Since recalls are becoming a more frequent part of your industry, your staff should learn to review inventory for them before sending customers away in vehicles that have been deemed unsafe. I will stay on top of recalls while the car is in my possession; I suppose it was too much to assume that your company would do the same. This is just another example of your sales team selling product when they are ignorant of the vehicle and all terms surrounding it. As I have written in previous reviews (and will continue to write; thanks for the encouragement, Tony!), Tasca is concerned about the dollar value. Since, I signed the paperwork, I have received the worst customer service. Each interaction is just another reminder of how insignificant customer relations are to your company. Would you have the same standard response if your family had been in a car that suddenly flashed a message to "pull over safely" with a locked steering wheel? Would you feel differently knowing that the company was made aware of the recall but did nothing about it before sending your family home in the car? It is great to continue to tell me that you aim to improve how you serve the customer; at some point, I would love to experience these improvements.
