Tasca drops the ball again I have been dealing with Tasca for three months now, and it is three months too much. After horrible customer service and shady practices on the sales I have been dealing with Tasca for three months now, and it is three months too much. After horrible customer service and shady practices on the sales side (not to mention shady practices with removing negative reviews), I had to deal with the Service side. Yes, my 2015 vehicle has only been in my possession for three months and required service. I tried to start my car and got a series of lights and messages including: check engine, check TRAC, check manual, check motor coolant, and Pull Over Safely Now. My steering wheel locked up, and I shut it down. I tried to restart with no luck. I had to borrow a car to get to work. Attempted to restart the car several times throughout the day; same messages, same result. Car finally started 12 hours after original attempt. I cleared messages and all lights but the check engine light. The engine began making a horrible noise that is not common with this quiet-start car. I called Tasca to make an appointment and the soonest I could be seen was in two days. The next morning, the car does not start. I borrow a car again and go to work. Since the car feels unsafe (when it is working) I arrange for someone to follow me to Tasca. I call Tasca to arrange an earlier drop-off and request a loaner. Fortunately, this request is accepted, and I drop my car off. I hear nothing the next day (still before my originally scheduled appointment, so this is to be expected). I call to verify that I can continue using the rental car despite the paperwork clocking my return for that evening. I speak with Jess (I believe), and she is absolutely delightful, pleasant, professional, and clear. Thank you. If only she could train the rest of Tasca's employees. The next day, Ed Payne calls and leaves a message about the progress of the car. That afternoon, I return his call and am prepared to pick up my car. Ed greets me and again is pleasant and immediately offers service to help get me on my way. Here's the issue. The problem was apparently a recall: 15C06 according to the paper. I asked Ed if I would have been notified of the recall. He told me that Tasca does not inform customers of recalls, Ford would have. When I asked about when the recall was announced, Ed told me that the recall was announced in the 3rd quarter, and we were now in the 4th quarter, so I probably just missed it because Tasca handles all announced recalls before sale of the vehicles. Ed was so kind when answering all of my questions, I did not have the heart to tell him that I did not believe in Tasca the way he so clearly did. A quick online search, shows me that the recall was announced July 2, 2015; I took possession of my car on July 30, 2015. Clearly, Tasca was not concerned about the issue and never followed up on it. I'm sorry Ed, but Tasca does not live up to their carefully edited reputation. Another reason to NOT be satisfied. Failing to act upon this recall before letting the car leave the lot, inconvenienced me for four days and required me to use another 80 miles (not including test drives at Tasca) of my carefully designed lease mileage. Oh well! The bar is so low on my expectations for Tasca, they can step over it at this point. At least Jess and Ed made up for craziness caused by Tasca overlooking recalls, which is why I am giving 5 stars in customer service. However, choosing not to perform the announced recall before selling the car causes one star in quality of work; being familiar with Tasca now, I understand the distinction is meaningless and my monthly payment will still be cashed, but I still long for appropriate customer service and the day that I "will be satisfied" with this business. And, of course, since it shares the Tasca name, I would not recommend this service center because no matter how professional Jess and Ed were, they fall under the umbrella of Tasca and Tasca does not care about customers or service. They prove it with every interaction. More

Thanks John! I bought my car in for inspection after receiving a recall notice. John helped me get set up with a rental and took good care of me. He was very friendly! :) Service was speedy and my car was ready in a few hours. When I came to pick it up someone was parked behind me, way too close. I couldn't get out. Electrical Problem Sargent Rehabilitation Center is a medical/educational rehabilitation center located in Warwick. We utilize a Ford van purchased from Tasca to transpo Sargent Rehabilitation Center is a medical/educational rehabilitation center located in Warwick. We utilize a Ford van purchased from Tasca to transport our clients into the community for life experiences. The van's interior lights began to stay on longer than designed. Because of the clients that are transported, we could not risk the possibility of a dead battery while out in the community. Tasca service was very responsive. Ryan Soares in the Truck Center was able to schedule an appointment, diagnose and fix the problem within a few hours. We were able to get the van back on the road without upsetting our clients' schedules. As you know, an electrical problem can be very challenging. In this case, Tasca certainly was up to that challenge. Thanks! More
