I had a coupon for "The Works". It was for an oil change, tire rotation and more. The coupon was $69.00 plus tax. The oil change was completed but I was notified that the tire rotat It was for an oil change, tire rotation and more. The coupon was $69.00 plus tax. The oil change was completed but I was notified that the tire rotation could not be done because the tires were cracked due to dry rot and they recommended I put (4) new tires on the car. I refused to put the tires on at that time. When I got the bill for my oil change it was for $100.00! I asked the girl if she forgot to apply the coupon and she told me the coupon was invalid because the tire rotation could not be performed. What a SCAM!!! Nowhere does it state on the coupon that if the tire rotation cannot be performed that the coupon would be rendered useless. What a BOGUS excuse! I am NOT a HAPPY CAMPER!!! More
