Beware! Beware if you bring your vehicle in for service! Brought in my 2015 F150 for a sunroof repair (for the 3rd time). We picked the truck up after it being at the dealership for 5 days to find damage to the passenger door. We are not talking a minor ding here, the paint was literally ground down to the metal! The, rude and condescending,service manager , David Mooney, after referring to me as his "buddy" basically told stated that it didn't happen at the dealership and we were lying. We we suggested that it may have happened the car wash, he responded that we created an "elaborate story." We take meticulous care of the truck as it is not a daily driver. Our suggestion if you visit Tasca for repairs is not to or if you must have someone inspect your car upon drop off and pick up. More
Buying a car during COVID I starting looking about a year ago to replace my 2013 Mustang. I bought my last convertible during a snowstorm on a President's Day weekend. With that being said I was thinking to do the same this time. I used several different search sites. No car was exciting me on Presidents weekend this year ...and then came COVID. I continued to look. A couple of weeks ago I saw the car I bought her on one of those site. I then started an email conversation with Kevin. He was 5 star helpful. The car wasn't in RI yet. As soon as it was I made an appointment to see the car. Rod was my contact on site. He was 4.5 star helpful. It sounded like he was just called back from being furloughed so he probably hadn't been completely brought up to speed on the changes cause by COVID. The finance person Allen was 3.5 helpful. We had a 2:30 appointment with him. Upon arrival we were third in line. So we waited patiently knowing that Cranston was going to be in a 4pm curfew because of potential violence with the protests going on. If he had just apologized and said I'm sorry for the wait, it would have been no problem but in more than one statement he tried to put the fault of the delay onto the sales person, I found that not to be very professional. More
