Tasca was very helpful by providing me with details and opportunities to try out several vehicles for test drive. They answered all of my questions and did not pressure me to buy any specific model. The atmosphere at the dealership is not frantic like I have seen with some of the other dealerships. More
I visited your dealership three different times in a two week period. Both Michael Tasca and Michael Mulbah were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Michael Mulbah was particularly helpful in assisting week period. Both Michael Tasca and Michael Mulbah were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Michael Mulbah was particularly helpful in assisting my wife and me in selecting our new Volvo S80. Michael displayed a thorough knowledge of Volvos and treated us like friends. My wife and I are completely satisfied with our experience at Tasca and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with the Tasca family. One last comment: As we drove away from the dealership in our new Volvo, I said to my wife that Tasca is very fortunate to have a salesman of Michael Mulbah's caliber. More
The atmosphere at Tasca Automotive, from the moment you drive onto the property, to entering the showroom, to being greeted upon entry, is very customer friendly. We were shown several vehicles by a very i drive onto the property, to entering the showroom, to being greeted upon entry, is very customer friendly. We were shown several vehicles by a very informed and courteous Ron DeSilva who asked several times if we needed anything; water, something to eat, etc. Each person we met greeted us with a warm smile, beginning with Ron then the business officer who prepared the purchase and sales and loan agreements then Bob Tasca himself who greeted us, shook hands and thanked us profusely for our business. We never felt any (sales) pressure and left knowing that we got a very good price for the vehicle. We don't think any dealer, anywhere, could have done a better job of giving us such an overall pleasant and comfortable experience with our purchase. We left with a feeling of trust, and, we were definitely "satisfied". Thank you Tasca Automotive. More
David Bailey (sales) was informative and receptive to our motoring needs. At no time did my wife or I experience any form of pressure to make a decision on our purchases (purchased 2 cars). We were allowed motoring needs. At no time did my wife or I experience any form of pressure to make a decision on our purchases (purchased 2 cars). We were allowed private and ample time to test drive and thoroughly inspect the vehicles. We had visited a number of other dealers and feel that we received the best deal that was available for similar vehicles. After my wife purchased her vehicle (2010 Lincoln), David called me and informed me that he had a car that fit the description of one that I had told him I was interested in (2011 Taurus). Within the 90-day bumper-to-bumper guarantee (plenty of time to find those little nuances you may have missed upon purchase), there were a couple of relatively small items that needed to be fixed on my car and they were attended to without any hassle. There was actually one item (steering box) that I had not noticed, but was noticed by the service technician, and repaired as well(actually replaced with a new one). As far as my experience is concerned (been buying cars for 40 years) I think that the Tasca policy/motto of 'You will be satisfied' is a well earned one; they deliver on their promise. And, although I have recommended a minimal number of salesmen (sorry, never dealt with the fairer of the species),this is the first time that I feel comfortable recommending the full dealership. This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle from the Tasca dealership. I had heard that Bob Tasca Sr (I believe he started the dealership) was a 'quality guru' and has authored a book on quality management & customer satisfaction. I have not read the book but can see obvious evidence of the 'guru's' influence on the operation of the dealership today. More

The transaction of purchasing my 2010 Ford Explorer was the smoothest automobile purchase I have encountered in 36 years of driving. The finance department also worked diligently in finding the most economical way to finance my vehicle. And they gave me a free meal in the cafeteria while I waited. I highly recommend Tasca Ford and Michael Creati. More
They have the used car of your dreams and the salesman, Michael Mulbah, of your dreams!!! I found a 2011 Ford: Flex -silver (hard color to find) Limited that was used with only 10,000 miles! It was in im Michael Mulbah, of your dreams!!! I found a 2011 Ford: Flex -silver (hard color to find) Limited that was used with only 10,000 miles! It was in immaculate condition except for a small blemish above the rear gate on the roof and another small blemish on the roof above the driver door. This turned out to be a small bit of pine tree sap that came right off. They did all the work removing it and then added a free clear coat over the entire car. I decided that the car was perfect except for the tires and I picked new tires and wheels that were an upgrade over the standard stock tires and wheels and they sold them to me at dealer cost and put them on, balanced all 4 and added the lifetime Nitro/air combo in the tires (the latest/greatest fad) for a longer tire life and greater gas mileage all for free with the purchase of the tires/wheels at their cost. They provided all the information I could want to know about the history of the car. It was leased by a corporation in the middle of April 2011 and returned in late October 2011. The day I bought the car it was near half of the sale price listed for the same exact car on their lot. To make things much sweeter they were having a 1 week sale on select used cars and mine was included. The greatest thing of all was that they took an additional 1000.00 off the already absurdly low price for having purchased from them in 2008 a brand new Ford: Edge Limited. i.e. - They reward loyalty with money. You can't ask for anything more than all of this from a new/used auto dealership. My salesman, Michael Mulbah, ran around sooo much for me: checking tire brands on this and that vehicle, arranging the roof work I had done and twenty other things too numerous to mention. He also put up with the long string of phone calls from me as I slowly figured out what I wanted and what I needed additionally done. He knew the onboard computer system like the back of his hand and helped get me started in what was upon reflection one of the easiest tutorials I've ever had although I learned many, many things. It is rare to meet someone of this calibre at an auto dealership. There is zero pressure, all the information you could ask for when you ask for it and not before, no big sales pitch, lots of attention and flexibility to make sure your needs are met according to your standards. Run now to him would be my advise as he is bound to own the dealership soon or become a president or chairman and no longer be available for you or I to get the car of our dreams and it'll be a long wait to find another one like this if you ever do. Overall the dealership provided a pleasurable car buying experience. Although my credit situation wasn't ideal, Tasca worked very hard to put me in the car I wanted at a very reasonable price. The salesma experience. Although my credit situation wasn't ideal, Tasca worked very hard to put me in the car I wanted at a very reasonable price. The salesman (Lou Colon) was very charismatic and a really respectable person. He was very upfront and provided a premium buying experience. As long as Lou Colon is working at Tasca, I'll be buying cars from Tasca. More
