I had been searching for a used vehicle at the usual local Used Dealerships. After weeks of test driving less than desireable vehicles and listening to phony sales pitches about how 'wonderful' the qua local Used Dealerships. After weeks of test driving less than desireable vehicles and listening to phony sales pitches about how 'wonderful' the quality and price was on each respective vehicle, I was ready to 'settle' for something I really didn't like or trust. After the last test drive vehicle with dog hair all over the seats, a bald front tire, large, deep scratches across the hood, hubcap damage from hitting curbs, and overpriced, I was frustrated, in tears and at the end of my rope. I happened to drive by Tasca in Cranston and remembered what a great experience I had when I leased a new car there a few years back. I stopped in not expecting much more than I had already experienced at other Dealers. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised when after explaining my circumstances to my Salesman, Bayo, he brought up a list of vehicles he thought might be a good match for what I was looking for and at a price within my budget. The first car I test drove I absolutely feel in love with! The vehicle not only had all the features I wished for - and more - but also was was in perfect condition - not like the cars I was shown by Salesmen at the Used Dealers which they considered a 'perfect' match for me! After being presented with a truly fair price, it was time to negotiate financing. Thank goodness for Eva!!! - she not only worked tirelessly to make sure I got financing, but she also made sure it was the best possible terms and rate! I am truly thankful to Baya and Eva for making my purchase such a relaxed, pleasurable experience where I felt that their goal was to be fair, honest and in my best interest.
