She worked so hard and never gave up. We had a problem from years ago when my husband lost his job from a bad accident at Work. Mrs. Bickford made my Husband and I comfortable and told us not to worry, that she would talk to someone on the phone with ford finance and work it all out. She was kind and very understanding. He went to look for a new SUV, where he was warmly greeted by Mr. Jorge J Guinta. They went looking for different SUV’s when they came across a 2014 Gray Metallic Exterior with Charcoal Black Leather seats Ford Escape Titanium. My husband and Mr. Guinta went with the SUV for a test drive and stopped at our house because I wasn’t feeling good. We took a short driving to see if I like the Car. I hate Car shopping because it is very stress full, but my experience was about to change. The next day my son and I joint my husband and went back to Tasca. Mr. Guinta answered our entire question patiently and with a smile, he was very helpful in every way he could. We also met the manager MR. Dillon who sends us to Lunch was on the Tasca family. His expertise and knowledge was very helpful. Mr. Guinta spent all day with us, to make sure we bought the right SUV, for the right price. Mr. Guinta delivery the SUV and explain every little detail to us. Our experience at Tasca was exceptional. We are the 4th generation to buy at Tasca and we are very satisfied. I became so disturbed/angry that Metro broke my spirit with the process of buying a vehicle, that i actually requested my 2004 Ford Focus back. I cancelled the deal at Metro and while getting my car back(They lost the registration) one of the sales men actually wanted to fight! I finally made it home focus in hand. After a few hours of looking at cars on the internet, I see the Kia Soul i am interested in at TASCA. Tasca calls me back in 5 minutes asks my to come down and see Anthony Castergini. I go to Taca and i am greeted with OPEN ARMS! The Sweetest young lady walked me over to Anthony's Father, Alex who put me in the Kia Soul for a test drive. I was sold!! Anthony and his Father brought back my "SOUL" after Metro destroyed it!!! I actually had a great time with these two gentlemen!! They were great to talk to and the best part NO LIES!!! The next day i came back and sat down with the fiance manager DELL GREEN Who changed my outlook on buying cars at TASCA!! DELL was a MANS MAN!! right to the point no lies and GREAT to talk to!! overwhelmed with service from Jorge and Eva I am a single female who went into this dealership alone based on my dad's previous loyalty to ford (Victor DaCosta sold my dad a ford windstar 1999 n I am a single female who went into this dealership alone based on my dad's previous loyalty to ford (Victor DaCosta sold my dad a ford windstar 1999 new) and Maria Tasca being a close family friend. Other than that, I went into the dealership on faith that I would not be given the "run-around." Jorge , a fellow veteran, was very comforting. The eyes are the window to the soul and Jorge is a man with a good soul. I felt I was dealing with a " friend" and not a salesman and that was refreshing. This is RI and word of mouth is a powerful advertiser. My words of praise will be told loud and clear to all of the doctors I work with. The second part of this experience was with Eva, the finance lady. And what a lady.... a female equal to Jorge. Eva explained in layman's terms what my options were and she made the process less daunting. Actually, I didn't even feel like I was making probably the most important financial decision in my life second only to my education. Tony Parente was our sales associate, and if I had to give him a grade on performance it would be A+. Tony went above and beyond our expectations. I never felt pressured, hurried, or like it was just another sale. He made my purchase of my 2014 Ford Edge smooth, friendly, and one that would make me tell my friends and neighbors about. This will not be our last purchase of a vehicle from Ford Tasca. From the financing, to the service, to the purchase, it was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. Car shopping at Tasca Update: Nov 2016 when we sold this car and found out the services we had paid for were gonna be hard to get back. Tried calling Eva the day after Than Update: Nov 2016 when we sold this car and found out the services we had paid for were gonna be hard to get back. Tried calling Eva the day after Thanksgiving and every week for 3 weeks and left voice messages-no reply back. Operator would then forward me to Andrade, after 2 weeks leaving him voice mail, no reply back. Week of Christmas I got another finance agent and she went above and beyond to get my tire and wheel protection money back and remaining maintenance program back. I had also at one point talked to Patty, upstairs and nothing was ever done. Why was it so hard to get the protection I paid for upfront? don't even get fabric and paint because that company and the dealer will say it's normal wear and tear-that's why I bought the protection plan. We lost $796 on this one. Also after a while the maintenance plan no longer covered things like fluids and labor-we had paid quite a bit for this to NOT have it actually have it used throughout the period we owned the car. Bad experience and they also told me they'd not deduct any money when we went to turn it in due to someone broadsiding our car within a month of owning it. They fixed it and when we did turn it in we lost $1000 up front. Don't believe everything they say, even if you have it in writing. Was a really good location to bring the car also for service. We had spent 2 days a weekend for the past 6 weeks. Tasca was to be our final stop for the day and then we'd make a decision. We were met outside as we went through to the lot of the models we wanted to look at. Found some and the agent went to get the key. When he returned I had realized the car didn't have a backup camera so we looked at another version further down the aisle. It was too high and we went back to the original one when we saw the one we wanted, ice storm in color (a blend of silver, blue and a light turquoise-depending on the light). The purchaser had chosen a white one so this one was for sale. There were a lot of options but all of them ones we had wanted-factory installed! We took it for a very long extended ride and the agent was very accommodating. He had no idea we had driven one prior at an out of state dealership. They had told us they couldn't get the color we wanted nor the options. As we sat inside and bargained only once we were given papers to fill out along with a complimentary lunch. Went to visit Eva at the financial department and the process there was smooth and without any problems. Upon returning to pick up the car later in the week we were only there a short time, many papers to fill out but we felt like a family member as the agent and Eva herself had given us glimpses of their life outside and inside the work place. They made us feel at home talking about family time with the spouses and grand children and a common career choice such as the military. We were shown around and even given a gift to show their appreciation for us buying the car there. The owner even took a bit of time to talk to us about his son who races cars and the circuit stop he was to go to next. Both the agent Jorge and Eva treated us equally-not favoring one over the other as some other dealerships had done. Even though I knew the answers to the questions I was asking the agent I wanted to be sure he knew the car and he thoroughly did, down to the weight and where the car was made. We picked Eva's brain about the different programs and 'what if's' and left very satisfied. They each has told us, in their experience what the choices were and which ones we should purchase, and which they didn't feel we needed. Husband talked to others at work when they found out he was buying the car there and they gave it a thumbs up also. Looking forward to dropping the car off for service, either staying there for a snack or taking one of their cars back to work and swapping it later in the day=-free of charge. It's the little things done that made the difference in selecting this dealership, like when the agent Jorge brought us coffee, tea for me along with an apple and a slice of banana bread while we signed the paperwork. Just a very comfortable all around excellent experience and I like it when those dealing with you LOVE their jobs. If they did not, they'd not care about you=the customer. Jorge and Eva-great combination to work with. Felt assured with the information they each gave us, confident and secure.
