This was the second car I bought from Tasca. We had just asgreat of a experience the second time. My salesman, Eric Suarse, is AWESOME. He is patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. At first, I was impressed by the dealership attention and the beautiful facility. As we drove up, we were greeted outside by Alex. I am in my fifties, so I have purchased many vehicles over time, and this was the best experience. I called with one unforseeable issue, and a sales manager addressed it immediately because it was Alex's day off. We went in for a minor service issue, and it was resolved. We enjoyed a snack in your cafe while we waited. I wish the dealership was closer! I'd never go anywhere else, especially with the extended service hours. More

They had a massive amount of vehicles to choose from both New and Used. Every used vehicle on the lot was in pristine condition and fairly priced. The inside was immaculate and filled with gorgeous floor models. The Café was very impressive and the overall pleasant, upbeat attitude of the employees was refreshing. They are there to serve you and you are their priority. In regards to my vehicle purchase: It was a smooth effortless transaction and truly the most positive car-buying experience that I have ever encountered! I had the pleasure of dealing with Eric Suarse, Senior Sales Representative, who was the consummate professional and went above and beyond to make my car buying experience wonderful. I was allowed to test drive as many vehicles as I wanted without any pressure or expectations of purchase. When I narrowed it down to what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay within, Eric went out of his way to locate a vehicle that was next to perfect. He truly had my best interest in mind. Never once did I have the feeling that he was “looking to score a deal”. Instead I felt my concerns were his first priority and if a sale came out of it then great. He listened without an agenda and never tried to talk me into something I didn’t want. His lack of pressure, his genuineness, and his honesty was OUTSTANDING. He definitely is a person of Integrity and far exceeded my expectations in a Car Sales Representative. Also, Ed Cicciu, Sales Manager, did whatever it took to meet the trade in price I was looking for. Another great member of the Tasca Team! There wasn’t anything I had to do except of course write a check. Rob Bernier, the Finance Manager handled all the paperwork in record time. He as well was pleasant, professional, and courteous. When everything was completed Eric was there with my vehicle waiting and went through “a mini training” on all the new bells and whistles. He even connected my phone to the car. That process was impressive as any vehicles I have purchased in the past have usually been delivered with a “Thank you for your purchase” and off I drove with learn as-you-go/read your manual. So again I will say Eric Suarse was Top Notch – and definitely an asset to your organization! I look forward to continuing to do business with the Tasca team for many years to come, when they service my vehicle and in any future purchases I may make there. I visited Tasca Ford and had the pleasure of having Lou Colon as my salesperson. Lou is a regular guy who didn't try to pressure me into a purchase. Lou was great to work with - he wasn't pushy at all, he listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and didn't try to sell my something that I didn't want. He made the whole experience very easy and stress free. He took care of everything that I asked for and needed to get myself into my new car. Rob Bernier Jr. was my finance manager and he worked with my to get me a great finance deal. I recommend visiting Tasca Ford in Cranston if you are looking for a new vehicle. This was my first visit to Tasca. This experience was exactly the opposite, stress free ! Everything he said he would do.... he followed up on.... whether it was getting back to me on finance or picking up the car etc. I loved his approach, did not feel like a sales experience at all... felt like dealing with a long time friend of the family ! When I took the car home I felt some grinding in the brakes.. Lou set up a service appointment for me. The rotors were turned, I felt they could have been replaced but they are working okay with now little grinding. My experience at the service center was equally comfortable.... I loved the setting in which there was an area for children, coffee and donuts and a working area. I was told it would be about 2 hours for the work to be completed... After 2 hours I checked back and they were a little backed up and although I DID NOT ask.... the gentleman put me in a rent a car so I could run errands. To me that was over and above anything I would have ever expected from a service department ! There is NO other place I will ever do business with again.... I am a 110% sold on the Tasca experience. Thank You for your attention to detail and customer service. ( I also work in customer service and appreciate not only good but exceptional service) More
