I went down on Saturday morning Nov 2nd , 2013 and they told me it was sold Friday but then tried offering me a car much more expensive. I declined and walked out of the Dealership. Went home to see the car was still listed and still listed on Sunday and monday as well. So I had my girlfriend email asking about the car and they haven't stopped emailing her to come on down to look at the same car which they told me was sold on friday. They post cars on http://Cars.com and when you get there say oh sorry that car was JUST sold then offer you to look at something much higher priced than the car you came to see. BAIT and SWITCH ! I recently (about a month ago) purchased a ford fusion, I had a great experience and recommended Tasca to my husband who was also in the market for a newer vehicle. About a week later My husband and I went to look at cars and were quite taken with a black Mustang GT that was (strategically) parked by the front door but ultimately settled on a white Mustang that was in the lot. While we love the white one, we could not stop thinking about the black GT. So a few weeks later I could not take it any more, and being that I just purchased the fusion less than a month earlier I was not sure how trading it in was going to work or if it was even feesable. So I went in on a Sunday afternoon and met with Alex Castergini to see what I was able to do in my situation. He was very helpful and despite all the headache of the transaction he made it relatiely painless and worked with me to make it happen at a price I was happy with. My husband and I got the cars we truly wanted and are both very happy campers! More

After finding the Tasca dealership accidentally on the internet, their price on a 2014 Mazda6 beat all of our local dealerships significantly . We spoke with Jeremy Hayes the sales manager there over the phone and felt that he was straight forward and sincere in knowing what we were looking for and was able to come up with a vehicle that he felt could meet our requirements. We then traveled to the dealership from our home on Eastern Long Island to Rhode Island which is a little out of our comfort zone. When we arrived at the dealership, we then had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Mulbah. Mike was great. He was personable, friendly and knowledgeable about the car, and really made us feel at ease to the point of us completing the purchase after a test ride with Mike. The dealership itself was expansive yet very nice and clean. Those associates that we did not deal with acknowledged us with a hello and a friendly smile. After completing the paperwork, we were able to leave the vehicle at the dealership while we embarked on a vacation get away in New England which we had planned to do just in case we were needed to finalize any possible additional documents. The fact that all the paper work was completed at the time of purchase and we could have taken the car right then was pleasantly surprising and unheard of on Long Island. When we returned to the dealership after our week of touring, the car was beautifully prepared and immaculate. Mike Mulbah was there waiting for us and patiently went over all the features that the 2014 Mazda 6 has to offer. Once again, he was very knowledgeable and and even assisted in pairing the blue tooth feature of the car with our cell phone. Jeremy Hayes came along to say hello, which I thought was very nice of him and just confirmed the feeling of my initial contact with him of being sincere and personable. We are glad that we were able to find Tasca Automotive and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone seeking a vehicle and a positive experience. . More
We came to Tasca to find a car because Tim Mitchell works there and he has repaired our cars for years. Tim referred us to Giuseppe with whom we dealt in purchasing our new, to us, car. Giuseppe was informative and showed us several cars in our price range. He was courteous and friendly in addition to being knowledgeable. The sale/purchase of our Ford Fusion went flawlessly, quickly and almost painlessly! We would come to Giuseppe again if we needed another car. I purchased a vehicle in September off your lot with my own outside financing. The salesman Mike Creati only had to write it up and take care of the registration. He left on vacation for 2 weeks and no o own outside financing. The salesman Mike Creati only had to write it up and take care of the registration. He left on vacation for 2 weeks and no one took care of my registration. I had to call to follow up and then I had to be inconvenienced by having to leave the car with you for the day to have the VIN checked because the temp plate was expiring. The sales manager Ed Cicciu was supposed to have someone meet me at work (Kent Hospital) to take the car but he took the day off and dropped the ball as well. I had to call again to have someone come out and they couldn't get it done in one day so I had use one of your rentals until it could be registered the following day. The rental company froze $666 of my bank account (they required my debit card number) until I managed to have one of the reps rectify the matter after several phone calls back and forth between him and the bank. I love the car but the customer service was horrific. I am now in the market for a vehicle for my husband and I will not return to your establishment. More
