Mhp77, I am very sorry for the poor treatment that you received at my store. Phil has been with my family for a very long time, and its rare that he mistreats a customer. Our pricing and trade figures are usually very competitive. In today's world there is so much competition and information that we have to compete to earn every customer's business. That being said, we sometimes do lose a deal over numbers to another dealer just as we often take deals from our competitors. A difference of $4500 seems like an error was made, and for that I apologize. I also apologize that Phil was not more cooperative and willing to work to put a deal together.
