Never ever do business with this location. I have no idea how Cranston or East Providence works, but everyone I have dealt with at Tasca in Seekonk to buy a 2010 Mercury Milan has brought me nothing but idea how Cranston or East Providence works, but everyone I have dealt with at Tasca in Seekonk to buy a 2010 Mercury Milan has brought me nothing but grief, headaches, and aggravation. I bought my car and they forgot to get the VIN Checked. So I brought it back in. The guy who was supposed to bring my car to the Police for the check was not in that day, despite my salesperson telling me he would be. So a technician took my car to the police. While driving 3 minutes from the dealership, he scraped up my rim. I spent two weeks calling my salesman to schedule a time for them to replace my rim. He told me they had to wait for a new Milan to come on the lot to swap out my wheel. I didn't want to wait that long because that's ridiculous. Why should I be put out because of a technician's shotty driving skills. I spoke with the general manager of the store and he told me he would call me back. A week went by and he never called me back. I left him a message asking him to please call me back. No call back. In the mean time my check engine light came on. I drove to the dealership to set up a service appointment and to speak with the general manager about my wheel replacement. He kept me waiting for an hour. I had to ask the receptionist if this idiot was ever going to come and speak with me. They sent out the floor manager. The floor manager said to bring the car in the next day to check the check-engine light and to change the wheel. I told the floor manager that I didn't think they had a Milan that matched my wheel, but I knew they did at their Cranston location. He told me they did and to bring the car in the next day. I brought the car in the next morning at 9am on Saturday August 17th and waited for 4 hours because I was right. They didn't have a wheel that matched mine on their lot. They had to drive to Cranston to get one that matched. In the meantime, they diagnosed my check engine light as the catalytic converter. (Mind you, I bought the car 2 1/2 weeks before the check engine light came on. Some 120 point inspection.) After waiting for four hours and losing my mind with anger for the total disregard for my time or SATISFACTION, I told my salesman that after this catalytic converter, I never wanted to do business with them ever again. They scheduled an appointment for me to come back the FOLLOW Saturday, August 24th to get my catalytic converter replaced. They said the parts would be in on Wednesday. I called Friday to make sure we were still on for tomorrow, Saturday the 24th and they said they didn't have an appointment scheduled and the parts were not in yet. I told him we did have an appointment scheduled and he never said he would call if the parts didn't come in. I have never experience service like this before in my life. I have never been treated this way before in my life and I have already started telling the world about the terrible service at Tasca through social media, blogs, besides conversations among friends and families who are local to Seekonk. Do yourselves a favor, go to First Ford in Fall River. More
This dealership lied to my wife and I about the car we were shown. Their carfax was clean and the actual carfax for this car has an accident and that the car was used as a rental car for some time. The ca were shown. Their carfax was clean and the actual carfax for this car has an accident and that the car was used as a rental car for some time. The car is for our family and now I cant even put my daughters in it because we definitely dont feel safe and dont know what else could be wrong with it. On top of that I have brought the car back 2 times for shaking while driving and still not repaired. asting my time and money on this car. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. Dont buy here. More
Went to tasca intending on buying a new explorer they had the vehicle and the price was fair that was posted online all I needed was trade in value that I had already been offered at another dealer (that did the vehicle and the price was fair that was posted online all I needed was trade in value that I had already been offered at another dealer (that didn't have the exact vehicle we wanted). This price fell in the middle of the black book trade in value that I was given online. Should have been pretty easy deal right? but manager Phil came back with 4500 less. At that point I knew they didn't want to sell the vehicle or sell it for a good price Phil came over and I explained his offer wasn't even close to a fair price and I had already received a trade for 4500 more. He said he doesn t run his business by what other people do. Ok rude but at least I knew where he was coming from. Had been to tasca many times before to purchase a car but always the same result they throw u a number with a take it or leave it attitude. Always seems the re helping you get out of your vehicle. Don't know why I keep goin back guess time heals all wounds and they have a good selection. Even baught a fusion once but cancelled the deal after I went home and found incentives that the salesman said didn't exist. Took 6 weeks after deal to get my 500 deposit back. All in all I think tasca feeds off people who don't do research If u go there with info and know what u should be paying then you get the feeling they really don't want to deal with you. Ill probably end up goin back in a few years to not buy a car again. Maybe they ll surprise me someday. Funny thing is I always get the fair price elsewhere More
Very quick and friendly process. I work a lot and was able to communicate well with Anthony through email and phone conversations. I felt very relaxed there was no pressure, was treated respectfully from the time me and my husband walked in. i have reccomended Tasca to all my friends and family. They had exactly what I was looking respectfully from the time me and my husband walked in. i have reccomended Tasca to all my friends and family. They had exactly what I was looking for and in my price range. Made the whole experience of buying a car like going to a "friends house" for a afternoon from the test drive to signing of the papers. If and when I do need another vehicle you can bet on me going back to TASCA. Simcerly Patty Main P.S. I was satisfied:) More

We needed to replace a car that was deemed a 'total loss' quickly. We found a car on the website that I was interested in and called on it. The vehicle was actually on its way to another location but t loss' quickly. We found a car on the website that I was interested in and called on it. The vehicle was actually on its way to another location but the following day, they called back to say it was available and could have it back that day. It was back by the afternoon and in great shape so we worked out the details and I purchased it. More
Well my First review apparently didnt go through, so i will post again! I worked with Mike Mulbah and was initially very impressed with Tasca. I purchased a New 13 Ford Explorer for my Wife, a 13 Ford will post again! I worked with Mike Mulbah and was initially very impressed with Tasca. I purchased a New 13 Ford Explorer for my Wife, a 13 Ford Taurus SHO for myself and a used 2005 Hummer H2 for a toy. The buying process was good and the finace guy was awesome. That's were it all stops!!!!! I had several problems with the hummer and was told that I would be satified.. They said don't worry as it has a 90 day warranty and anything that goes wrong we will fix it with no questions asked. How WRONG that statment has been !!! They have had the truck for a total of 30 days. I have had to bring it back and forth to RI from CT on my dime to get this fxed! Minor stuff went wrong and instead of fixing itt correctly they gave me the run around. The mirror wouldnt work, the driver's seat was broken and a few other things including the tire carrier. To this day they have ordered the wrong mirror twice, installed the wrong shock replacements, never received a second key and remote control and when it did finally get to me because of the amount of compaints I made, it wasn't even programmed !!!!! If you would have seen the shoddy workmanship on a repair to the tire carrier it looked like a 2 year old had attempted to fix it....it's extremely unprofessional and now they say there is nothing more they can do.. I guess when you spend 100,000 on 3 vehicles you would not expect to be treated this way. Sadly we have friends who are in the market for cars and love my Wife's car. They will be purchasing their vehicles at Hoffman due to the fact that our experience has been so poor, my father is also in the market for a car and his wife..they too will now not be doing business with Tasca. This could have all been avoided if it was taken care of properly the first time around...poor workmanship led to poor customer service and the after sales service is the worst I have ever experienced. The usual cars I purchase are Land Rovers, Audi's, BMS's etc..they pride themselves on their service. Sometimes it's not about price it's about quality and that's where TASCA falls far short of the others... The relatively good experience turned into a very poor experience very quickly . After reading Many of the reviews on this site I would reccomend going to another dealership. Make the effort to drive a little farther to get the service you deserve. The money has changed hands and now they don't care because they're onto the next sale. More

I was referred to Steve Lawrence by a business associate who knew I was looking for a new, fuel-efficient car. It was the best referral I’ve received in a very long time. Steve got right down to business, who knew I was looking for a new, fuel-efficient car. It was the best referral I’ve received in a very long time. Steve got right down to business, provided me with all the information I needed, and made good suggestions but didn’t try to up-sell me. Finally, he orchestrated a fair deal including a trade-in. I really appreciated the fact that he respected my time and made sure the process went smoothly – no surprises. I’ve already recommended Steve and Tasca to several others. And when my wife and I are ready to replace our second car, I’ll actually look forward to buying another car from him! More
