I have given Tasca a poor rating because of their deceptive business practices. I clicked to enquire as to the availability and enquire as to whether the vehicle had Navigation. I received three emails asking me to come to the dealership to view the car. I drove immediately to the dealership to be told that the car was not there and "was effectively not for sale"...but I could look at other (more expensive cars). They claimed that a family member of the owner had taken the car and that it was not going to come back. And when I complained about the practice, they had a "so what?" attitude. More

I went in this past Thursday to look at new vehicles or pre-trade options. I understand it is the holidays but the immature hoopla going on in the sales area ignoring the customers was quite unacceptable. There were 1/2 dozen adults acting like 6 years olds running all over chasing each other. I walked out. Again yesterday (Saturday) I tried again. I walked the lot and spoke to a salesman named Rico. He suggested I drive a recently traded Lincoln parked in the 1st row of the sales cars. I agreed, we went inside to fill out some paperwork and I sat there waiting for him to bring the keys. I texted my wife to let her know I was taking a test drive. I waited and waited. In fact I looked back at the text time and realized I'd sat there for over 20 minutes. I walked to the sales counter and told the sales manager of the situation and told him if Rico shows up again tell him I've left to try another dealer that wants to sell me a car. Another salesman at the counter commented "That's Rico for you." I walked out to my truck to see Rico hailing me from the side of the building. Well, I left your dealership and bought from another (non-ford) dealership 2 hours later. Sorry we couldn't do business. I guess in the end "I will be satisfied" had to come at the location of a different dealer. More

Tasca once again proved they are in a class of their own and i have/will continue to recommend them to everyone i know! **UPDATE** After one month and bringing an issue to their attention from the very beginning, they have been unable to fix the steering wheel issue after 3-4 visits or simply just giving me the run around it seems. A simple fix is all that is needed. I have sent Carl and i believe Jaime an email to see if i can get some help. Will update this review with my outcome. More
Anthony castergini was my sales consultant at the tasca dealership. I had to drive three hours to see the car so i asked him the condition of the vehicle and he said it was in excellent condition. When i got there the car was in excellent condition.I test drove it and bought it.I had already negotiated the price before i got there and was able to bring it home the same day. Anthony was very honest and spent a lot of time with us. He even gave us some food vouchers and extra car mats. The dealership also has a 90 day bumper to bumper warranty which they will honor from your local dealership. So if your looking for a used car go see Anthony, he will treat you right. More
Great experiences should be shared with others. Why? I cannot say enough about Ken. Knowing we would be back in two years, he took the time to note the type of options that interested my father. Every two years Ken would have 2 or 3 Vehicles lined up to pick from. Pick the color and interior and sign the papers and off we go. What was also unexpected, Bob sr. would come by and chat with my dad for 15min or so. Brought back old times. So it is today with Kenny. My MKZ package was ready, It took maybe 20 min for My wife to pick the color," Happy Wife Happy Life" How do you say your satisfied? Why it's easy Tasca Lincoln and Ken Petricone a great Duet! More
My experience with Tasca was fantastic. I took my original vehicle in for service, and the service department informed me of some major issues that would need to be addressed. Instead of addressing the issues found, I decided to trade in my vehicle for a newer one. Robert Bell was the salesman that assisted me, and was exceedingly helpful and friendly. Giuseppe gave us a great experience in purchasing our new Ford Edge. He was courteous and friendly in addition to being knowledgeable. We were looking for a particular color and style that was not on the Ford Edge. He was courteous and friendly in addition to being knowledgeable. He made sure it was put on hold at another Tasca dealership so we could get what we wanted, and he personally went the next day to pick it up for us! We were very pleased how he treated us and how he made the buying experience very pleasant. No stress at all! The sale/purchase of our Ford Edge went flawlessly, quickly and almost painlessly! We would definitely come to Giuseppe again if we needed another car. We had Kevin Barry as our Finance Manager. Can't say enough about Kevin either. He was great! He worked some numbers for us and gave us the best deal for financing the Edge. Kevin is very knowledgeable in finance. He even called us a few days later to let us know of a better interest rate but unfortunately we were out of town and missed the daily 'special' at the bank. More

I drove through the Tasca Lincoln lot and found the vehicle I've been dreaming of for two years. The model I've been researching the Lincoln MKZ hybrid, the color I chose, Ice storm. By the way, the color I found online was the only one on the entire lot. I went into the building and was introduced to Michael Mulbah. I asked to test drive the Ice Storm Lincoln MKZ Hybred.
