I Walked on all the lots for Bailey's dealers and not one person came outside to introduce them self or to ask me what i was looking for. Anthony helped me out every step of the way. He got me the best deal possible on a great car. I will also like to thank Kevin Barry, he helped me get the best finance rate possible and i am very happy with the results. Poor Experience Worst dealership I have ever worked with. I bought my vehicle through the used car buying service of USAA. I was attempting to pay cash, but the fin Worst dealership I have ever worked with. I bought my vehicle through the used car buying service of USAA. I was attempting to pay cash, but the financing department couldn't agree on a way for me to purchase the vehicle without using a personal check or credit card, even though I was told by the salesman this would be acceptable. After a day of many frustrating conversations, I asked if it would be possible to send a wire, they agreed and should have mentioned this from the start. I paid $3,000 deposit with the understanding the repairs I requested would be completed before I picked up the vehicle. This was not done. In fact the saleperson did not review the car features with me as required. Next the bumper was not repaired properly and I was told I would have to pay $350 to get it repaired properly. I objected and the used car sales manager agreed to have it fixed at their cost. Additionally they agreed to pay for a rental car. I showed up at the proper time for the appointment where one of the repair man proceeded to tell me my service person was available, but would be right back, while shoving a big egg sandwich down his throat and spewing eggs all over me. Next the rental car wasn't available and special arrangements had to be made. It took me over 1 1/2 hours just to drop off the vehicle. The vehicle was promised to me in 2-3 days and it will be 4 and questionable at that. I had to push the service person for a commitment. I asked to speak to one of the Tasca family members who run the dealership, three times over the past two weeks and have yet to receive a call or email. I will never purchase, have serviced or recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The credit for the Tasca Automotive Group getting my business in 2014 goes directly to Robert Bell. Three years ago I leased a car (a 2011 Mazda 6) from Tasca, and my initial experience (during the sal business in 2014 goes directly to Robert Bell. Three years ago I leased a car (a 2011 Mazda 6) from Tasca, and my initial experience (during the sales process) with Tasca was very positive. However, after I had been driving the car for a short time, things started to change: I began to suffer through a series of negative experiences. Some of these were minor, and some were major; but, these negative experiences came one after another. So I had decided that, after my lease period was up, I would not be driving another Mazda. Also, I would likely be looking for my next vehicle at someplace other than Tasca. However, a Tasca salesperson named Robert Bell changed my plans to shop elsewhere. As he knew that my lease was coming to an end, Robert called me on behalf of the Tasca dealership to invite me in to see the 2014 Mazdas. Even though Robert and I had never spoken before, I took this opportunity to explain my experiences over the last three years to him, so that he knew why I was planning to take my business elsewhere. At that moment, Robert asked me for the opportunity to earn back my business. And he ended up doing just that: he earned back my business for Tasca. Robert addressed every one of my previous issues, and went to great lengths to build-in solutions and contingency plans for any issues that could arise in the future. Robert’s customer-service skills were second to none, and throughout the entire process he gave me what can best be described as “the red carpet treatment.” To say that I was impressed with Robert would be a vast understatement. After all of this, it was an easy decision on my part to decide to do business with Robert, and I’m pleased to report that I’m now the proud owner of a 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium. More

I cannot say enough about my experience with Anthony at Tasca. My father accompanied me on my first visit to look at the Volvo Xc60, and Anthony spent at least 2.5 hours with us on our initial visit. He was very informative about the different models and packages for the Xc60, and was able to help us narrow down our choices. I left there knowing in the back of my head that I would be back to buy the XC60, partly because I love the car, and partly due to the service that we received from Anthony. He even impressed my father, which says a lot! Anthony kept in contact through email and phone calls, but was never pushy or too forward about my indecision. Anthony ran a search multiple times to find my "dream car" and even helped me to pick out some features on which I was indecisive. He stayed late on a Friday night to help me out with paperwork, and thoroughly explained the entire process of leasing a car (which I had never done before). I met many other salesman during my car search, and Anthony was hands down the best. He was kind, funny, and made me feel like I was buying a car from a friend. I never felt pressured (which I was afraid i was going to as I am a female buying a car by myself) and felt like there were no stupid questions with Anthony- and believe me, I asked a lot! Anthony had me meet with his manager and the financial team in order to ensure that I had all of my questions answered. On the day that I picked up my car, he had it pulled around front and ready for me. I met with the financial team, and then Anthony got in the car with me to explain how the car functioned. he spent at least 45 minutes going over everything. Then, after I drove away and realized I left some things in the car that I traded in, he went to the car and packaged up all of my things for me. It was truly a great experience. I would recommend Tasca, and specifically recommend Anthony, to anyone buying/leasing a car. He rocks! More

Great service at Tasca Automotive Group!! I went to Tasca Automotive Group to look at a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta that I saw on their website. Anthony politely greeted me and asked me if I needed any assistance. After telling him why I was visiting the dealership he offered to help me. He was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We took the car for a test drive and after discussed the numbers (which I was worried about). I never once felt pressure into buying the car or felt like he was trying to rip me off. Let me tell you that was a weight off my shoulders, knowing that he was being genuine. He gave me his business card and told me that when I came back on Friday with my step-dad that the car would be washed and filled up with gas for us to take it for a drive. He always maintained his fun personality and assured us that he would give us great service! I am so glad that I went to Tasca and got the service that I did because it made my first car buying experience amazing!
