Best Car Buying Experience - The Way It Should Be As a car guy I look forward to the experience of buying a new automobile. While searching online at the Ford.com website I found a local dealer Tasca As a car guy I look forward to the experience of buying a new automobile. While searching online at the Ford.com website I found a local dealer Tasca Ford who had the exact 2014 F150 that I was looking for. I spoke with salesman Mike Mulbah over the phone. I told Mike the stock number of the truck and that I had reviewed the incentives on the Ford website. He kept agreeing with me on the phone, I was ready for a "you don't qualify for that", or "that doesn't apply to you", but all I kept hearing was "yes" and "sure". I asked Mike when I could come and see the truck and that's when he hit me. He told me that the truck was at a Connecticut Tasca dealership. Rather then make up a story to buy time to get the vehicle to Cranston he gave me the opportunity to look at it at either dealership. I told him I would prefer the Cranston RI dealership. Mike had the truck there in a day. He even sent me photos he took of the truck to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership I was treated like royalty. Everyone was kind and courteous. I sat down with Mike and within a few minutes I was walking out of there with a brand new 2014 Ford F150 pre trade with all the Ford incentives plus discounts From Tasca itself. While at the dealership I spoke with more then one of the Tasca family members who thanked me for purchasing a vehicle from them. This was a first for me, speaking with the principal owners of a large automotive group. At Tasca they say "you will be satisfied", well thanks to Mike Mulbah and the team at Tasca I am more then satisfied. My future purchases will be only be from a Tasca dealership. WELL DONE! More

I Walked on all the lots for Bailey's dealers and not one person came outside to introduce them self or to ask me what i was looking for. Anthony helped me out every step of the way. He got me the best deal possible on a great car. I will also like to thank Kevin Barry, he helped me get the best finance rate possible and i am very happy with the results. Poor Experience Worst dealership I have ever worked with. I bought my vehicle through the used car buying service of USAA. I was attempting to pay cash, but the fin Worst dealership I have ever worked with. I bought my vehicle through the used car buying service of USAA. I was attempting to pay cash, but the financing department couldn't agree on a way for me to purchase the vehicle without using a personal check or credit card, even though I was told by the salesman this would be acceptable. After a day of many frustrating conversations, I asked if it would be possible to send a wire, they agreed and should have mentioned this from the start. I paid $3,000 deposit with the understanding the repairs I requested would be completed before I picked up the vehicle. This was not done. In fact the saleperson did not review the car features with me as required. Next the bumper was not repaired properly and I was told I would have to pay $350 to get it repaired properly. I objected and the used car sales manager agreed to have it fixed at their cost. Additionally they agreed to pay for a rental car. I showed up at the proper time for the appointment where one of the repair man proceeded to tell me my service person was available, but would be right back, while shoving a big egg sandwich down his throat and spewing eggs all over me. Next the rental car wasn't available and special arrangements had to be made. It took me over 1 1/2 hours just to drop off the vehicle. The vehicle was promised to me in 2-3 days and it will be 4 and questionable at that. I had to push the service person for a commitment. I asked to speak to one of the Tasca family members who run the dealership, three times over the past two weeks and have yet to receive a call or email. I will never purchase, have serviced or recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Three years ago I leased a car (a 2011 Mazda 6) from Tasca, and my initial experience (during the sal business in 2014 goes directly to Robert Bell. Three years ago I leased a car (a 2011 Mazda 6) from Tasca, and my initial experience (during the sales process) with Tasca was very positive. However, after I had been driving the car for a short time, things started to change: I began to suffer through a series of negative experiences. Some of these were minor, and some were major; but, these negative experiences came one after another. So I had decided that, after my lease period was up, I would not be driving another Mazda. Also, I would likely be looking for my next vehicle at someplace other than Tasca. However, a Tasca salesperson named Robert Bell changed my plans to shop elsewhere. As he knew that my lease was coming to an end, Robert called me on behalf of the Tasca dealership to invite me in to see the 2014 Mazdas. Even though Robert and I had never spoken before, I took this opportunity to explain my experiences over the last three years to him, so that he knew why I was planning to take my business elsewhere. At that moment, Robert asked me for the opportunity to earn back my business. And he ended up doing just that: he earned back my business for Tasca. Robert addressed every one of my previous issues, and went to great lengths to build-in solutions and contingency plans for any issues that could arise in the future. Robert’s customer-service skills were second to none, and throughout the entire process he gave me what can best be described as “the red carpet treatment.” To say that I was impressed with Robert would be a vast understatement. After all of this, it was an easy decision on my part to decide to do business with Robert, and I’m pleased to report that I’m now the proud owner of a 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium. More
