After surfing the internet for new MUSTANGS I zeroed in on a small group of cars around the Boston area. My contact with Alex Ramos via the internet and over the phone lead to me think it might be worth the trip to Tasca which is about 110 miles from home. They had two or three Mustangs that I was interested in. When Jane and I arrived at the dealership we were introduced to Victor Dacosta who is a senior sales consultant and consummate professional. From the test ride in a new Mustang to the handshake with Phil Hadfield the general sales manager the Tasca Team was professional, courteous, and sincere. I have had prior positive dealings with other dealerships but this experience was by far the best. The Team at Tasca goes way beyond what one should expect to make sure You will be satisfied. We made a deal on a 2014 Race Red Mustang that was better than I could ever expect. We had a great ride home. Thank you Team Tasca. Rick. More
Hands down the best. I have been a long time Tasca service customer. About a month ago I attempted to schedule a service appointment and was told it would be 2 weeks. I I have been a long time Tasca service customer. About a month ago I attempted to schedule a service appointment and was told it would be 2 weeks. I had recently moved dowm to Exeter so I stopped in at Flood Ford to see if I could get in sooner. I met the most rude and abnoxious woman working behind the desk. Before I could even ask her when the next available appointment was she informed me that they were closing soon (4pm). I told her I just wanted to make an appointment. She rolled her eyes and sighed. Then proceeded to respond to a text. I told her nevermind and walked away. As I was leaving she called me a name I choose not to repeat here. I called Tasca, made an apointment, and they serviced my truck..... with a smile. Customer satisfaction goes a long way in any business. I have to apologize for even thinking about cheating on you in the first place, after all I now understand why you are so busy. There is no competition. You will be satisfied? That is what I always am with Tasca Automotive!!!! You should all be proud of the job you do.! More
The edge saga I bought a 2011 ford edge here back in march 2014 and dealing with Anthony and Del was great. Both were very helpful, courteous and went out of their way to make my car buying experience go quickly and painlessly. turn the clock forward to June 8th and my 2011 edge was totaled in a freak car wash accident while I was in the car. I returned to Tasca and Del helped me through the insurance process and getting me financing on a new vehicle. Again i had Anthony help me with selecting a replacement vehicle. I landed on a 2013 Ford Edge Limited after making Anthony jump through a few hoops to find me the right car. Great job Anthony and Del and thank you for all that you did.. The service dept is also great. I found some minor issues with the used vehicle and they fixed them as fast and as efficient as possible all while keeping me in the loop. Thanks to Steve and Larry. 5 Stars in my book for the dealership. More

Purchased 2012 Used Honda Accord I found the care i wanted on the internet and it was at Tasca Ford, a 2012 Used Honda Accord. i called for an appointment and was given Anthony Casler I found the care i wanted on the internet and it was at Tasca Ford, a 2012 Used Honda Accord. i called for an appointment and was given Anthony Caslergini as a salesman. He pulled the car up front for me and I took it for a drive. It was what I wanted with all the bells and whistles of a new car.Went back two days later for financial arrangements with Kevin Barry. It went very smoothly. Anthony spent a lot of time explaining all the buttons to me. I drove away very happy. If and when I need a car again, I would positively ask for Anthony to be my salesman. She worked so hard and never gave up. We had a problem from years ago when my husband lost his job from a bad accident at Work. Mrs. Bickford made my Husband and I comfortable and told us not to worry, that she would talk to someone on the phone with ford finance and work it all out. She was kind and very understanding. She treated us with the up most respect. We are so grateful for her kindness. We are a proud owner of our new Escape. Also we the 4th. generation to buy from Tasca. He went to look for a new SUV, where he was warmly greeted by Mr. Jorge J Guinta. They went looking for different SUV’s when they came across a 2014 Gray Metallic Exterior with Charcoal Black Leather seats Ford Escape Titanium. My husband and Mr. Guinta went with the SUV for a test drive and stopped at our house because I wasn’t feeling good. We took a short driving to see if I like the Car. I hate Car shopping because it is very stress full, but my experience was about to change. The next day my son and I joint my husband and went back to Tasca. Mr. Guinta answered our entire question patiently and with a smile, he was very helpful in every way he could. We also met the manager MR. Dillon who sends us to Lunch was on the Tasca family. His expertise and knowledge was very helpful. Mr. Guinta spent all day with us, to make sure we bought the right SUV, for the right price. Mr. Guinta delivery the SUV and explain every little detail to us. Our experience at Tasca was exceptional. We are the 4th generation to buy at Tasca and we are very satisfied. I Recently went to Metro Honda to purchase a used Kia Soul(THAT WAS THE FIRST MISTAKE) from the get go i got treated like the worlds worst enemy(VERY I Recently went to Metro Honda to purchase a used Kia Soul(THAT WAS THE FIRST MISTAKE) from the get go i got treated like the worlds worst enemy(VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL) from Thursday May 29th 2014 to Monday June 2nd 2014 it was nothing but a run around. I became so disturbed/angry that Metro broke my spirit with the process of buying a vehicle, that i actually requested my 2004 Ford Focus back. I cancelled the deal at Metro and while getting my car back(They lost the registration) one of the sales men actually wanted to fight! I finally made it home focus in hand. After a few hours of looking at cars on the internet, I see the Kia Soul i am interested in at TASCA. Tasca calls me back in 5 minutes asks my to come down and see Anthony Castergini. I go to Taca and i am greeted with OPEN ARMS! The Sweetest young lady walked me over to Anthony's Father, Alex who put me in the Kia Soul for a test drive. I was sold!! Anthony and his Father brought back my "SOUL" after Metro destroyed it!!! I actually had a great time with these two gentlemen!! They were great to talk to and the best part NO LIES!!! The next day i came back and sat down with the fiance manager DELL GREEN Who changed my outlook on buying cars at TASCA!! DELL was a MANS MAN!! right to the point no lies and GREAT to talk to!!
