I responded via email so i may continue to document this for my credit card company. Emailed Josh, plus your 2 standard parts email addresses. Go figure, NO ANSWER AGAIN!! Carl if you truly want to find a solution to this, have your guys actually respond in writing. You guys have my email address as well as all order info from all my emails, can't say you can't reach me. Don't understand why you do one of 2 things, refund the missing item that is no longer needed as explained numerous times or if nothing else actually send the item so I have something at least for what I paid you.

Carl, Thank You very much for your help so far we are making progress. Joshua and myself have finally been able to touch base via email. He offered a full refund after I remove this review. I told him I would be glad to make the adjustments as requested but only after a refund. To be honest my faith in your employees so far has been stretched pretty far and would only want to do so after I see him follow through. Hopefully that is a solution that will work for him as well. Waiting to hear back from him at this point. Thanks for your help. Jason

In a further update. Joshua has finally taken care of this, rather done more than asked. I asked for refund of missing part (1 of 2) and he credited both parts. I have not seen credit on my card yet but that usually shows in a few days. I will update further at that time but as of right now they have sent me a confirmation that shows they have taken care of things on their end. I may have had bad things to say about the experience and staff I dealt with but in the end Carl and Joshua took care of the problem. Face it, mistakes and problems happen anywhere and everywhere eventually but how you take care of them shows what kind of place you operate. Like I said I will update once more but as of now it looks like they made things right and want to make the customers happy.

I was told more than once that it was ordered and would take 3 months to come in and when it did come in it would be mailed directly to me in Florida. Seriously.... does it really take 3 months to get a manual in? My opinion stands DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! THIS TIME I WILL NOT TAKE MY RATING DOWN. Next time I am going back to Metro motor group..... You have totally lost my business. Too bad Lou's a nice guy
