Very happy I took my son to Tasca after he had been to another dealership. Eva got him a great rate with no down payment. they take your money and run Terrible time with these guys. Ordered 2 parts one left door rod, one right door rod. They ship only one. Many emails later still nothing. POOR Customer Service !!!!! We were leaving for florida which Tasca knew about and it took months to get things accomplished. FINALLY .... after getting all of the issues fixed on the car there was one last thing that was owed to us. we were told that it was ordered in June when we bought the car and it would take 3 months to come in. September 29th. Called Tasca. left a message for Bernie.... didnt get a call back.... September 30th Called Tasca spoke to Bernie said that he would look into it for me and call me right back. ,,,,, never got a call October 1st Called Tasca.... Bernie's day off ...l left a message October 2nd... Called Tasca left a for bernie and STILL NO RESPONSE Called back at Tasca and was told that he pushed it off onto the used dealership (when I bought a NEW car) and I havent heard anything since. Erika the receptionist tried to help us but it seems like nobody in this company is doing thier job. I placed a negative dealerrating about Tasca when this started in August and was asked to take it down and the PROMISED that I would receive my "we owe" in the mail. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!!! BERNIE IS THE WOST AND HE IS THE SALES MANAGER !!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW THRU !!!! TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE !!!! Still waiting for a we owe. 6 weeks later with no end in sight. Poor follow up. I am not satisfied. I will say kevin Hennessey tried to help but still haven't gotten anywhere fast. More

New Mazda Cx-5 I am writing this review in regards to my new vehicle purchase, a Mazda CX5 from Tasca in Cranston, RI. This was the first new car purchase for my wif I am writing this review in regards to my new vehicle purchase, a Mazda CX5 from Tasca in Cranston, RI. This was the first new car purchase for my wife and I. I can't thank Paul Conti Jr enough for all his hard work and dedication in making this transaction possible. Paul went above and beyond for us to make this purchase, he was friendly, polite, courteous , knowledgeable. We had been in Tasca beforehand and he was most informative providing all the information we wanted on the vehicle, price scenarios, and never being pushy on us as customers throughout by following up in a non overbearing way. Paul truly wished to help us not only as individuals but future Tasca customers and friends. I would also like to acknowledge Paul's training associate Karen Bregga for her hard work and information she provided to us while Paul was working with another customer and multi-tasking greatly. These two sales reps. are truly an asset to the Tasca family and for someone who works in a sales oriented company can see they will exceed greatly. More

I had gone to many dealerships, looking for a very specific model, color, interior color, ect. I’m very picky! Tasca not only had my perfect car, but a huge selection of new and pre-owned vehicles, as well as outstanding customer service, which made the car buying process even easier. Anthony Castergini was a pleasure to work with. He made the process very simple and I felt completely comfortable with my decision. I did not feel pressured at all, as I did with many other salesmen at other dealerships. Just a day after taking my car home, Anthony called to ensure everything was going well with the car and that I was satisfied. I can say I’m absolutely satisfied and will definitely be recommending Tasca to family and friends in the future! More
Terrible service experience After purchasing my car from Tasca, the service I have received has been nothing more than TERRIBLE. The truth is that once they have your money, they After purchasing my car from Tasca, the service I have received has been nothing more than TERRIBLE. The truth is that once they have your money, they will do absolutely nothing to help you or provide the service that they promised. Prior to picking up the new car, the salesman assured me there would be two copies of the key when I pick it up. Low and behold, I get the car and there is only one key, not two. And rather than having a new key made prior to me getting the car, they put all the responsibility on me to make an appointment with the service department. As any normal person would think, I assumed making a copy of a key would be a very simple process, but I was very wrong. I made an appointment and took time out of my work schedule to get a new key programmed. They programmed the remote control and they had to order the custom made key blade. I was told this would only take a day for them to order and that I would receive a call. After waiting for a week and not receiving any call or follow up from them, I call the service department. This service department has to be the most incompetent group of people I have ever dealt with. I was transferred to several different departments and not a single person was able to answer my question or find out where my key was that they ordered. I have called day after day on multiple occasions and no one was able to provide an answer. On three occasions, someone said that they would look into it and give me a call back. It has now been over a MONTH since my appointment and I have still not received the key. All because the salesman failed to confirm if they had two keys or have one made prior to getting the car. I have no clue how management at Tasca promotes satisfaction, yet they seem to do everything they can except make you satisfied. More

Dell Green, the finance manager was patient, detailed,and extremely helpful in explaining everthing regarding my financial responsibilites. He was a pleasure to work with. Both of these men were superb, knowledgeable and caring to me as a customer. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new or used car. Great job in hiring them! More

Anthony told me anything and everything I needed to know about the car, and never pressured me to make any decision. Eva helped me with all the financing! The entire process was easy and in only a 2 day process I was able to drive away with my new car with a comfortable payment and amazing pre-owned car. I never ever felt jipped or pressured. I had to drive about 1 hour and half to get to this dealership, but I have to say it was worth it. I would recommend it and if I am ever in need of another vehicle, I will definitely be going there.
