My sales person was Bayo and he was so welcoming and so nice from the start. He sat with me on a Saturday afternoon until then closed at 5pm. I explained my current lease situation to him and told him what car I was interested in. I was interested in a Black Nissan Sentra, 2012. I got to drive it and fell in love. Bayo was able to go over all of my options avail with getting out of my lease and into the nissan. I was also able to meet with Eva that day as well and talk with her about my payments and what i could put down, etc. Both Bayo and Eva treated me with much respect and patience and walked me through everything. They turned a stressful situation into something that was very easy and understandable. More
The best salesman in the company I was in need of a new car and went back to Tasca Automotor because I was always pleased. I hoped that Giuseppe Moretta was still there as he has been my salesperson in the past and have never met a nicer more sincere person. Low and behold there he was and I knew I would find the car suited for me with his service. I told him what I wanted and he took me right to the car. I took it for a test drive and bought it the next day. I could never be happier with a car than this one. He knew exactly what I wanted without me explaining. I just told him what I could spend and he walked me to the car. Every day when I get in the car I say thank you Giuseppe because you sold me the car that I would be happy with. God bless him! More

My husband and I were most fortunate to have had the experience of having Giuseppe Moretta assist us in our choice of a Lincoln MKZ. .We entered the showroom and were immediately greeted by Giuseppe's sincere and gracious personality. I am American born, but was raised with Italian as my "other" language. We met, we were offered gracious hospitality by any standard, certainly not usually found in an auto dealership. Mr.Moretta accommodated my preference to conduct the business in Italian language for myself and in English for my husband. We were perhaps what might be considered "demanding" buyers. Nothing which we asked of Giuseppe was treated that way by him with us. We were quite specific of the color combination for the MKZ which required extra diligence from Mr. Moretta to assure out total customer satisfaction. , Mr. Moretta was most accommodating of all of our requests. Our choice of the Lincoln MKZ was made as a direct result of Mr. Moretta's ability to treat us as if everything we requested was no trouble to him at all,which requests were in fact a challenge. In the end, we received the precise car which we had requested, Giuseppe..grazie mille, Mr. Tasca, when we choose our next Lincoln from Tasca, please let us buy the coffee for you...your presence and cordiality meant quite a lot to us. You are fortunate that Giuseppe works with you..we are already planning our next Lincoln as a result of our experience with the Tasca Group. Best Car Purchase Experience Ever I purchased a Lincoln at Tasca - my salesman Jorge was the best, as was the sales manager Jeremy and of course the Tasca brothers who also at differen I purchased a Lincoln at Tasca - my salesman Jorge was the best, as was the sales manager Jeremy and of course the Tasca brothers who also at different times were involved with my purchase. There was no pressure, great communication and a commitment to service on their part. This is the first time I have enjoyed the car purchase experience - and I know from this point on Tasca will have all of my family's business. With regard to service, I have only been in once but I like what I see - comfortable waiting area, support staff aiming to please and great quality workmanship. I cant imagine there is a car dealer that can come close to Tasca and I am not easy to please - but with Tasca I am thrilled! More

Very Satisfied I am 60 years old cranky man, I purchased my 2014 f150 online. If someone had told me I would be doing that in my life time I would have told them they were crazy. Let me share my experience with you. I found the truck and the best price by far on line at the TASCA's web page. I called the number under the picture of the truck. The sales associate on the phone answered all my questions. He introduced a salesman who offered to drive the truck to my house for me. I am a fussy guy about my vehicles so I said I wanted to drive it home myself. The salesman told me he would send a salesman in training to my house to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. I live in Southington Ct and the dealership is 160 miles away; again if you told me this would happen in my life time I would not have believed you. So let me tell you how it went The young man who picked me up at home went threw Dunkin Donuts, so I could get a coffee, he was great to meet and we talked all the way to the dealership. I asked him to sell me on a lease over a purchase he was very informative but my mind was made up. when we got to the dealership he introduced me to the salesman who would take over. The truck was ready to go and looked great. Being the fussy old man that I am I found a production flaw that I saw was less in another truck than the one they had prepared for me. So the salesman prepared that truck for me and had to change all my paperwork. The lady who did the financial papers put my mind at ease about giving her my information, " I don't share my financial info with anyone". She was patient with me and knew her job inside and out we worked together to fill out all the paperwork correct. We had a few issues but with the help of the sales manager they made me happy with the experience. The truck had to be prepared for me " because I made them change to the better truck" so I had to wait. When the truck was ready, the salesman told me, there was an issue with piece of weather stripping that fell off the bottom of the door, he will order a new one and send it to the dealership in Berlin Ct for me. While hurrying to get me out of there, someone shoveled the snow out of the bed of the truck and scratched the bed. The sales manager offered to install a bed liner for me. I said that would work. Things don't always go as smooth as I had hoped the purchase of this truck would go. That being said, nothing more could have been done to make me happy than what TASCA did. I am hard to please, and this Ford dealer did A great job. I have and will continue to recommend TASCA, the best place to buy a new ford. More

When I came back to pick my car up on the Sunday of Memorial day weekend, he couldn't have been more apologetic for the delay in the paperwork being completed. He was the perfect gentlemen, even offering to go out and buy my wife and I coffee and sandwiches while we waited. I went to Giuseppe for help with vehicle choices looking for a vehicle that would fit p[perfectly into my needs, he came up with the Fusion Hybrid a great vehicle and exceptional gas mileage. I have called Giuseppe for a few things since the purchase and he has delivered on all my requests immediately.
