Effortless and seamless experience with true professionals I have purchased 5 new cars up to this point in my life with the last two being mostly positive experiences. Having said that, this experience today w I have purchased 5 new cars up to this point in my life with the last two being mostly positive experiences. Having said that, this experience today was far and away the most easiest purchase of them all. I initially received an e-mail and a follow up call from Tayla Folco after my internet inquiry on Truecar. She listened to what I wanted and ensured she gave me the exact quote I was looking for the type of vehicle I was interested in.As it turned out, the Sales Manager Bernie Spann was the one I met with when I went to test drive it and he along with salesperson Don Mailloux were the two that I dealt with while onsite. These guys made it so easy, such that the car I thought I wanted turned out not to be the right car for me after all. They didn't push or pressure me but let me figure it out after test driving it and listening to what I felt I didn't like about the car. Then they recommended I test drive a different model. I was unsure but they turned out to know me better than myself. It was exactly what I didn't know I needed. From there, the negotiations were seamless right through to getting my credit applications and financing squared away with Ryan Haxton. He was a gem and didn't try the hard sell with the after sale add-on stuff which he knew would have immediately put me off. In short I walked in, felt I was treated with respect and professionalism and drove home with an awesome car same day knowing i got a great deal. No muss, no fuss, no pressure. The ownership of this dealership should be proud of how the "customer first" experience is truly practiced by the staff I encountered in my buying experience here. Trust me you will not be sorry. I waited for my vehicle so he constantly checked on what was going on and kept me informed all the time. I also met with Donny Belanger the week before my service and discussed options with him regarding new tires for my vehicle, Donny was very helpful and made suggestions for which tires I should consider. Ordered the tires in advance for me so they would be there for Friday when I had an appointment. Donny is always helpful to me and takes very good care of me. More

When I wait while my vehicle is being serviced, I am always kept well informed as to what is happening with my vehicle. Yesterday, I took advantage of the shuttle service to and from my home, and drivers were very courteous. I know my cars are well serviced by Tasca, as I am a real estate agent and my cars get a workout, and I know I can always rely on my car to get me where I need to go without a problem. Part of my service yesterday included new rear brake pads. I remembered this morning that I had recently received a Volvo service brochure, and found that it had a coupon for $199.99 for brake pads. I forgot I had it, and when I brought my car in, didn't realize until later that I needed new brake pads. Since it has been less than 24 hours that the service was performed and paid for, can you please honor that? I have emailed Chris with copies of the brochure. Thank you. More
